David Aitken is the Head of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs of CSL Limited.

David is a regulatory and corporate affairs specialist with over 12 years experience in the Australasian region and has worked in the Hong Kong telecommunications sector since 2005. Prior to joining CSL, David was Corporate Counsel to a leading Australian telecommunications operator and was previously a partner in an Australian legal practice. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of regulatory and corporate affairs policy and strategy on behalf of CSL.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications and Sociology), Bachelor of Laws, Master of Science, Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and Directorship and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is entitled to practice as a Solicitor and Barrister in New South Wales, Australia. David is also a member of the Regulatory Affairs Advisory Committee of the Telecommunications Authority of Hong Kong.
