Barry Kong is the Chief Commercial Officer of CSL Limited. Barry leads the overall management of the retail sales channels across all CSL mobile brands. He is accountable to provide leadership in achieving the pre-determined business goals and operation efficiencies, and the development of a strong retail sales organisation to contine to take lead in the telecommunications industry.

Barry has more than 30 years of sales and management experience. He started his career in marketing and sales roles and held various management positions at Rank Xerox and Hongkong Telecom in the past 30 years. His performance was highly recognised in the telecommunications industry in Hong Kong, and established an outstanding track record in the industry.
