Han Willem Kotterman is the Executive Vice President, Customer Service & Operations of CSL Limited.
Han Willem develops and executes CSL¡¦s corporate strategy and manages the
development of cutting edge products and services for both the consumer and
enterprise markets. He is also responsible for creating business and content
partnerships with the region¡¦s leading industry players.
He has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive, consultant,
board member and practicing lawyer.
In 2006 CSL and New World PCS merged to form CSL New World Mobility. Han
Willem led the merger integration of those companies as well as their corporate
restructuring resulting in a seamless operational entity which competes as the
leader of one of the world¡¦s most competitive telecommunications markets.
Before joining CSL, Han Willem was a senior strategy consultant in
Accenture¡¦s Wireless Communications Practice based in New York. In this role,
Han Willem advised the leading US wireless operators in the areas of corporate
strategy and was instrumental in executing some of the largest industry mergers
in the North American wireless industry.
Han Willem holds an MBA from Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia
in Finance and Strategic Management and a Master of Laws Degree from Leiden
University in the Netherlands. Han Willem speaks Dutch, German, French and
English.
