Rita Chan
Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Rita Chan is the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, of CSL Limited. She is responsible for aligning human resources strategies and initiatives to support the company's business and people strategies with a focus on talent management and employee engagement.

Rita has over 21 years of human resource experience with prestigious US multinationals McDonald's and Starbucks; Hong Kong companies such as the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited; and European-based groups including Inchcape and Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to joining CSL, Rita held the position of Human Resources Director, North Asia of Inchcape and Vice President of Human Resources at the Venetian Macau Limited.

Her expertise includes organization development, staffing and recruitment, talent development, employee engagement and loyalty.

Rita holds a bachelor¡¦s degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and a diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Training and Development in United Kingdom.
