With its commitment to service excellence and innovation, the brand redefined customer service with the opening of 1O1O Centres, setting the standard for the mobile communications industry in the region. 1O1O established a number of notable and highly successful firsts: GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), 3G Video Sharing Service, 3G Mobile TV and a loyalty programme for its mobile users - 1O1O ClubBest™, etc.

 


To make it easier for customers to manage both their personal and professional lives, 1O1O introduced 1O1O Mobile Email and a wide variety of value-added services covering News, Finance, Horse Racing, Football, Music and Entertainment, etc., enabling customers to catch first-hand news on their mobile phones and work clever anytime, anywhere.

The brand's market leadership and superior customer service were recognised by the industry. 1O1O received the Bronze Prize and "Citations for Outstanding TV Campaign" in the "HKMA/TVB Award for Marketing Excellence" in 1993 and 2002 respectively. 1O1O was acknowledged as a "Superbrand" by the Hong Kong Superbrands Council in 2002, "The Best Mobile Communication Services" by Economist Digest's "The Best SME Partners Award" in 2007 and 2008 and the "The Best Mobile Network Service Provider" by Capital Magazine in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. The brand also won a number of awards in the "Annual Most Popular TV Commercial Awards" co-organised by ATV and Hong Kong Advertisers Association (HKAA). For customer service excellence, the innovative and customer-friendly 1O1O Centres received the 'Hong Kong Service Awards' under the category of Mobile Communications Service by East Week in 2007; and it won the HKRMA's  (Hong Kong Retail Management Association) "Hong Kong Award for Services - Customer Service Award" in 2002 and was acclaimed as "2004 Service Retailers of the Year" by the HKRMA¡¦s "Mystery Shoppers Programme".
