CSL totally offers four Graduate Trainee Programs for different talents: Corporate Management Trainee, Corporate Sales Trainee, Retail Sales Trainee and Engineering Trainee. Each trainee program is tailor-made for different talents and details are as follows:

Our Corporate Management Trainee Program provides you with invaluable development opportunities, cross-department exposure and various insights into the mobile business. Apart from job rotation in over 10 departments, you will also work directly with business professionals and senior management team through participation in various business projects, and gradually map out career path best fit your talents and capabilities. We welcome applicants with major in all disciplines.
Program Duration: 2 years

Our Corporate Sales Trainee Program offers you a stepping stone to work in the prestigious award-winning* Corporate Sales Team in the Hong Kong telecommunication market. Through ongoing all-around sales training, coaching and on-field practices, you will have the opportunity to develop into a sales professional. After successfully accomplished the program, you will take the responsibility of our Corporate or business accounts, and turns your sales passion into concrete achievement. We welcome applicants with major in all disciplines.
Program Duration: 6 months

Our Retail Sales Trainee Program offers you chances to involve with all aspects of shop management, shadowing experienced managers to learn on the job. During the program, you will have better understanding in both people and operation management, and learn the supervisory and technical skills through continuous mentoring, coaching and trainings. You will finally gain essential management mindsets and skills to operate our retail shops, and blossom into our future stars of retail management. We welcome applicants with major in all disciplines.
Program Duration: 1.5 years

Our Engineering Trainee Program provides you an all-rounded exposure to engineering functions in one of the most celebrated mobile networks in the world. Together with ongoing mentoring and coaching, you will gain personal development as well as the foundation to be future mobile professional in telecommunication. Degree holders in an engineering discipline are invited to apply.
