Our 24-month management trainee program provides trainees with the most prestigious learning experience through rotation to different core units and participation in strategic corporate projects with high degree of empowerment. Upon the completion of the program, management trainees will be placed into a full time role, enabling them to pursuit their career at an accelerated velocity. Sustainable support on their professional and personal development will be governed by the CSL Talent Management Program.
Sales Management Trainee
Program
Connecting the dynamic telecom industry to the fast moving commercial is the art of sales management. The sales management trainee program enables our trainees with broad exposure across the Sales Division. Throughout the 18-month program, trainees build their sales management expertise and business knowledge via engaging in various projects and attaching to a multiple of teams, such as Corporate Market, Retails, Channel Planning and Management, etc. Upon the completion of the program, sales management trainees will be placed into a full time role as savvy sales professionals.
Unstoppable technology development is the cornerstone to CSL success. Throughout the 18-month program, engineering trainees gain multiple exposures across the Technology Division by involving in various projects and attaching to different functions. Engaging in Radio Network, Core & Value Added Services Engineering, Network Operations, and Transmission & Technology Development provides a comprehensive curriculum to strengthen trainees¡¦ technology knowledge and expertise. Upon the completion of the program, engineering trainees will be placed into a full time engineering role to embark their technology career.
