This promotion will be offered for the period from 19 December2022 to 25 December 2022 ("Promotion Period"). |

To be eligible to participate in this promotion, participants must age 18 or above, be physically located and participate in Hong Kong have downloaded csl. 5G Lens app and have registered on the app using a valid Hong Kong registered mobile number ("Participant(s)"). |

During the Promotion Period, Participants can join “Xmas Giveaway” campaign on the csl. 5G Lens by capturing three designated icons. A total of 7 grand prizes and 3,493 other prizes , including Grand prize - Latest designated flagship handset - 512GB (1 pc, vSRP: HK$11,899), Ocean Park Water World Go Splash Annual Pass - 2 persons (3pcs, SRPSRP: HK$4,560 each) and Nintendo Switch OLED Model w/ White Joy-Con (3pcs, SRP: HK$2,680 each); Other prizes include Travel Club Sim 7-day Travels APAC Package (497pc, SRP: HK$78 each) and Convenience store $20 E-cash voucher (2,996pcs, SRP: HK$20 each). Winning Participants will receive e-voucher (“E-voucher”) for a Prize through the csl. 5G Lens app. Winners must collect their prizes at the designated location and date. The relevant E-voucher in the csl. 5G Lens app must be presented when redeeming a Prize. Copies of the E-voucher will not be accepted. Prizes redemption is subject to relevant terms and conditions which are set on the csl. 5G Lens and relevant E-voucher. |

During the promotion period, the daily prize quota is 500, first-come-first-serve basis and while stocks lasts. Each mobile number (“Account”) can enter the campaign to snatch prizes everyday (00:00 – 23:59 count as a day) and able to snatch daily grand prize, Travel Club Sim 7-day Travels APAC Package and Convenience store $20 E-cash voucher once per day.

The daily quota of 500 prizes is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks lasts. The remaining prizes will be accumulated to the next day if daily quota of the day is not full, and so on until the last day of promotion period. Regardless of whether the prize quota is full, this promotion will end at 23:59 on 25 December 2022. |

Participants must ensure that information they submit on the csl. 5G Lens app is complete and accurate. If there are any errors or omissions in the information submitted, this may disqualify the Participant from this promotion or any of the Prizes. In this situation, CSL shall be obliged to replace or compensate any Prize. |
|
10. |
CSL shall rely on the information collected by its servers. CSL will not be responsible for any delay in or loss, error, or illegibility of any information submitted by Participants due to technical issues with computers, communication tools, networks, or any other problems beyond the reasonable control of CSL. |
|
11. |
Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. |
|
12. |
Unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the Prizes, CSL are not the manufacturer or supplier of the Prizes and shall not be liable for the Prizes (including, but not limited to, the quality of the Prizes or any ongoing maintenance of the Prizes). The relevant manufacturer or supplier of the Prizes shall bear all the obligations and responsibilities of the Prize provided by it. Please contact the Prizes suppliers for the details. |

If CSL suspects that a Participant has v
|
(i). |
carried out any activity that is or is related to any abnormal/suspicious activity, |
|
(ii). |
used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, or |
|
(iii). |
been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, |
|
(iv). |
intruded and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, |
|
(v). |
use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, process, or means to access or take part in this promotion |
|
(vi). |
use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of this promotion |
|
(vii). |
introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technically harmful, or |
|
(viii). |
any violated of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; CSL may disqualify the Participant from participating in this promotion (in its absolute cancel discretion) without any notice and without any responsibility to any person, and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Participant. |

Employees of CSL and each of its advertising agencies are not allowed to participate in this promotion. |

CSL reserve the right to vary or cancel this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, CSL reserves the right of final decision. |

In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
