Terms and Conditions of 5G Express Pass

1. The 5G Express Pass (the “Pass”) is only available to primary SIM card users of our designated csl 5G monthly service plans (the “Designated Service Plan”).
2. The Pass is not available for additional or secondary SIM card users.
3. To enjoy the Pass, you have to activate the Pass via csl App. Upon activation of the Pass, you can enjoy a higher network priority for consecutive 4 hours when you use your 5G local data provided under or via your Designated Service Plan (compared to other csl customers of the Designated Service Plan or similar csl 5G monthly plans without using the Pass under similar circumstances). The actual speed and network experience will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
4. Our 5G service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
5. You must activate your Pass by the expiry date stated therein.
6. Each of the Pass can be used for one time only. The Pass cannot be cancelled for any reason upon activation.
7. The Pass cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
8. Any unused Pass will be forfeited immediately when your Designated Service Plan is terminated by you or by CSL.
9. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the Designated Mobile Plan and the Service.
10. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to terminate or change these terms and conditions and the Pass at any time without notice.
11. In the event of a dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of the final determination.
