Q1. Where can I find my account number/bill date?
  Your csl account number is a 14-digit number, which you can find on:  
  a) Your bill:  
  (i) SMS bill (ii) eBill  
   
  b) "My Account"  
  Login to "My Account" at csl’s website or on your handset via Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com) (m.hkcsl.com), then click "Current Balance & Unbilled Usage", and you will find your account number and bill date.

Q2. How do I change my billing address?
  Login to "My Account" at csl’s website. From the bottom right-hand menu, click "Contact Details". On the Contact Details pop-up window, simply enter your new address and click "Continue" to submit.  
   
Q3. How do I change my bill language?
  You can change your bill language the following ways:  
  a) Login to "My Account" at csl’s website. From the bottom right-hand menu, click "Contact Details". On the Contact Details pop-up window, simply select your preferred language under the "Change of bill language" section and click "Continue" to submit.  
   
  b) Use your handset to login to Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com) (m.hkcsl.com) "My Account" and click "Change bill language". Simply select your preferred language under and click "Submit".
