As a new customer, when do I get my first bill?
 
Why do the service charges on my first bill differ from my tariff plan’s monthly charge?

Q1. As a new customer, when do I get my first bill?
  Usually, from the date of service activation. It takes around two weeks to get your first bill, depending on your billing date.  
Q2. Why do the service charges on my first bill differ from my tariff plan’s monthly charge?
  We issue bills on a regular monthly billing cycle basis. As your service was activated in the middle of a billing period, your first bill will charge you a pro-rata service sum (from the date the service was activated to the bill cut-off date), in addition to a full-month’s advance payment.  
Q3. What’s my usage entitlement from the day of service activation to the first billing date?
  Voice and VAS entitlements from the day of service activation to the first billing date will be granted on a pro-rata basis. Data entitlement depends on your service plan. Simply call our Customer Service Hotline 1000 or Business Customer Hotline on 10088 for inquiries.
