~ Big Network is the 600Mbps Ultra-High-Speed LTE-A Network. It refers to 600Mbps which is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 50Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device . The maximum csl network specification for downlink supported by iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus is 450Mbps. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. Compares to other commercially launched mobile networks available to customer in Hong Kong as of 1 Sept 2017. Mobile service and handset are provided by CSL Mobile Limited. Handset pre-order is subjected to Terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate or change these Service Plans, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. # Free Capacity Data package will be offered to those customers who port-in their mobile numbers from Smartone / Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (excludes re-contract customers) and signed and customers who renewed to a designated 6GB or above signing csl Ultra 600 Service Plan and agree to a commitment period of 24 months. This offer is also valid for handset bundling service plan of 6GB or above (Handset prepayment required) and by signing to a designated value-added services valued at $39 or above per month simultaneously (if applicable). An extra $18 per month MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee is required for subscribing to any service plan. Offer valid until 31 November, 2017. * A free 12-month i-GUARD Phone & Tablet Repair Plan ("this Repair Plan") is applicable to personal customers of csl service subscription plans purchasing a designated device model of retail price HK$11,888 or below from csl or designated retailers* in Hong Kong for drop / crush / liquid / water damage, broken screen and one time only subsidy to purchase a new device for total damage. The customer must subscribe to a new (or renew) a designated mobile service plan^ ; complete registration at within 30 days of purchase of the mobile device and continue to be a personal customers of csl service subscription plans throughout the term of this Repair Plan. This Repair Plan is provided by HKT Financial Services (IA) Limited and is subject to its terms and conditions. *Please visit for details and the designated retailers. ^With a commitment period of 24 months and by signing to a designated value-added services valued at $39 or above per month simultaneously (if applicable) within 30 days of device purchased. ^ Cardholders who are existing csl customers renewing a designated service plan will be entitled to 1,000 Clubpoints, while cardholders who are new csl customers subscribing to a designated service plan will be entitled to 1,500 Clubpoints. Clubpoints earned from this promotion will be credited to customer’s account at The Club within one month. Non-members must apply for membership of The Club in order to benefit from this promotion.   Promotion details for the remaining maximum 1,500 Clubpoints: customers should be the holders of the following credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) - Standard Chartered Credit Card and its co-branded card, MANHATTAN Credit Card and its co-branded card (except Standard Chartered Business Card and Standard Chartered Corporate Card) ("Eligible Cards") and are required to use an Eligible Card to purchase a handset and subscribe to a designated handset connection service plan at any CSL Mobile Limited outlets and pay the monthly fee through autopay service with the Eligible Cards. Applicable only when making a single transaction of HK$4,000 or more.
