Q1. How can I get my monthly bill?
  csl provides a variety of bill medium choices, including email bill, SMS bill and paper summary bill or detailed paper bill by mail. To help protect our environment, you are recommended to receive email and SMS bills for free. If you want a paper bill, a charge will be made. Please click here for charge details.  
Q2. How can I apply/cancel an email bill?
  You can apply for/cancel email bill the following ways:  
  a) Login to "My Account" at csl’s website. Click "View and Pay bill" to access the "Bill inquiries" page. Enter the information required in the "Receiving monthly bills" section.  
   
  b) Use your handset to login to Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com) "My Account", click "Monthly email Bill Application" and enter the information required.  
   
Q3. How can I obtain billed call and charge details (detailed bill)?
  You can view a detailed bill via the eBill service at csl’s website. Simply select the bill you want to view and click the "local call itemized bill" button in the middle of the eBill. You can also get a paper copy of a detailed bill by mail. Please click here for charge details.  
   
Q4. How can I access/reprint my latest mobile bills?
  You can access and reprint your latest 3 months’ mobile bills through eBill services , at csl’s website (www.hkcsl.com) or via the Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com) WAP portal. You can receive reprinted summary bills by email, free of charge, to a maximum of 3 times. If you want to receive the reprinted bill by mail, or if you want to reprint a detailed bill, a service fee will be charged on your next bill. Please click here for bill reprint charges.  
  a) Reprint bills at csl’s website (www.hkcsl.com):
Login to "My Account" and click"View and Pay bill" to access the "Bill inquiries" page.
 
   
  b) Reprint bills through Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com) (m.hkcsl.com) on your handset:
