Remarks:

  1. The package fee of the 1-Month Package will be deducted from the stored-value automatically on the date of subscription. All service charges deducted from the stored-value of the Prepaid SIM Card will not be refunded. Each Prepaid mobile number can subscribe to the 1-Month Package once only. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited at the end of the package validity period.
  2. Any usage of local Voice Call, IDD Voice Call and All Call Forwarding will be calculated on a per minute basis.  Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
  3. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a quota of 10,000 SMS units per calendar month ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.1 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks.  International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. The Quota does not include Inter-network SMS and International SMS.
  4. You may subscribe to the Local Mobile Data Step-up Plan (“Step-up Plan”) after the local Mobile Data usage included in your Package has been used up. The validity period of the Step-up Plan is 30 days and it will be counted from the day you subscribe to the Step-up Plan. You may subscribe to multiple Step-up Plans simultaneously and the local Mobile Data usage entitlements will be accumulated.  The validity period of the Step-up Plans will be counted from the time you subscribe to the last Step-up Plan.
  5. For IDD Voice calls, local voice call charge $0.1/min applies in addition to IDD Voice Call charges and these charges are calculated on a per minute basis. For details on IDD charges, please click here.
  6. Call charges apply to all calls connected.
  7. Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 90 days from the date of recharge upon single recharge of HK$50 or above.

^ 300Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 50Mbps for uplink) provided via two sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible CAT 6 device (including iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus). Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. Compares to other commercially launched mobile networks available to customer in Hong Kong as of 15 Sep 2015.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Prepaid SIM Card is made available to you by CSL Mobile Limited (“we/us”) subject to the following terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Prepaid SIM Card (“General Terms and Conditions”). Capitalised words are defined in the General Terms and Conditions.

  1. By using this Mobile Data and Voice Prepaid SIM (1-Month Package), you accept and agree to our General Terms and Conditions. You may view our General Terms and Conditions at www.hkcsl.com or request for a copy of the General Terms and Conditions by calling 24-hours Service Hotline 179 179. 
  2. All references to 1 month mean 30 days.
  3. The mobile phone number allocated to you is unique to your Prepaid SIM Card and is randomly assigned. You cannot change to or choose any other mobile phone number. If the Prepaid SIM Card expires or is terminated, you will no longer have access to the allocated mobile phone number.
  4. The Prepaid SIM Card, Recharge amount and any unused stored-value of the Prepaid SIM Card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non- refundable and non-redeemable for cash, services or other goods at any time.
  5. The SIM Card must be activated on or before the expiry date specified on the package.
  6. If the SIM Card is not recharged within the validity period with the minimum amount as stipulated by us, all unused credit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
  7. You agree and acknowledge that the time taken for the recharge value to be loaded to your SIM Card may vary according to different recharging methods, please refer to “Recharge Methods” in the User Guide for details.
  8.   9. The Mobile Services are only applicable to usage via Mobile Equipment which may be approved by us from time to time. We reserve the right to charge you for the usage via other devices.
  10. Some Mobile Services require third party service provider applications and you agree to pay all additional fees charged by such third party providers for their application.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, usage of the Mobile Services applies to local use only.
  12. The Mobile Services are for your personal and private use only and must not be used for any commercial purpose.
  13. The Mobile Service provided under this Prepaid SIM Card is a 4G service (if applicable).  In areas outside of our 4G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G mobile service.  Actual speeds of Mobile Data and csl Wi-Fi services experienced are considerably less than the respective network specifications and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  14. If the Prepaid SIM Card is damaged or is lost by or stolen from you, we may replace the SIM Card and we reserve the right to charge you a replacement fee.
  15. You must report any loss of your Prepaid SIM Card to the police (or a similar authority if the loss occurs outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“Hong Kong") and us within 24 hours of you becoming aware of such loss. We are not liable for any Charges connected with the SIM Card before the disconnection of all Mobile Services to the lost Prepaid SIM Card subsequent to your report of loss to us.
  16. Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide any refund or make any transfer of:
      (a)any stored-value of the Prepaid SIM Card directed to an incorrect Prepaid SIM Card account during the recharge process by you;
      (b)any stored-value of the Prepaid SIM Card being utilised by fraudulent and unauthorized use of the Prepaid SIM Card; and
      (c)any unused stored-value in a lost or stolen Prepaid SIM Card.
  17. Any disputes concerning Recharge, Charges or validity of the Prepaid SIM Card must be made to us within one month from the date the Recharge or Charges were incurred or recharge was made, or otherwise the Charges or validity as determined by us is deemed correct and accepted by you.
  18. We may at any time vary any of these terms and conditions.
  19. In the event of inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions, the former will prevail.
