The personal data and other information (collectively, "Data") provided by you as a result of or in connection with your registration to the Tertiary Student U-Plan (“the Service”) are collected, used and retained by HKT Limited (“HKT”) and PCCW Limited (“PCCW”), in accordance with the requirements in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Privacy Statement of HKT and PCCW (which can be viewed at www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html and www.pccw.com/legal/privacy.html). The applicable terms and conditions and the Privacy Statement of HKT and PCCW will apply to and govern why the Data is collected, how the Data is used and maintained and to whom it is disclosed. The Data is collected, may be used or maintained by and/or disclosed to affiliates or related companies of HKT, or their respective agents (including debt collection agents) and business partners, and applicable regulatory or governmental authorities (at all times to the extent permissible under applicable laws, licences, rules and regulations) for the purpose in connection with HKT (including the processing of your registration, provision and daily operation of HKT, managing and maintenance of such services and compliance with the applicable laws, licences, rules and regulations). Subject to your right indicated by ticking the box below or leaving it unticked, all Data, including your contact information, date of birth, service number and service account number (if given), and data subsequently compiled (e.g. geographical data) may be used for direct marketing purposes, including without limitation to sending notices of gifts, discounts, privileged offers, benefits, products and any other promotions related to the The Club & My HKT, or to other kinds of goods and services as permitted, including telecommunications network services, computer peripheral, accessories and software, secretarial services, personal assistance services, information services and the latest offers on various kinds of products or services, including gaming, sports, music, beauty products, electronics, technology, e-commerce, cloud services, mobile payment, travelling, banking, investment, entertainment, transportation, household, fashion, food and beverages, alcohol and tobacco, insurance, education, health and wellness, social networking, media and high-end consumer products and services subject to the applicable laws, licences, rules and regulations. |

Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. Compares to other commercially launched mobile networks available to customer in Hong Kong as of 1 Oct 2017. |

Service and charges are on a monthly basis. You are required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee of $18 per month. You can apply this Service Plan if you are aged 18 or above and must be a full time local tertiary student during the term of this Service Plan. The service rebate of this Service Plan is only applicable to 24 months. Each Hong Kong identity cards and passport holder can apply this Service Plan once. |

Extra 2GB data is only applicable to local usage with 24 months commitment period and cannot co-exist with Capacity Data Package. To enjoy extra data usage, you should be the valid member of The Club by subscribing to Tertiary Student U-Plan. Data usage is counted by monthly. Unlimited Wi-Fi usage at csl Wi-Fi hotspots for Wi-Fi compatible devices. 1,000Mbps is the network specification for Wi-Fi 802.11ac only applicable to selected csl Wi-Fi hotspots in limited locations. Actual speeds experienced by customers using those hotspots are less than the network specifications and will be affected by user’s mobile device (e.g. number of internal antenna equipped), network coverage and usage, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors. Capacity Data Package: You may enjoy this Service by subscribing to our designated mobile service plan. If you have already subscribed to our Service and have a Commitment Period with us, we will align the Commitment Period of this Service with your monthly mobile service plan. If there is no Commitment Period in your existing service plan, the Commitment Period of this Service will be 24 months. For Tertiary Student U-Plan or Smart Pama Service Plan, we will align the Commitment Period of this Service with your monthly mobile service plan. When monthly Mobile Data usage reaches the data entitlement of your monthly service plan, you can continue to use the Mobile Data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your service experiences may be affected. Customers subscribing to the Tertiary Student U-Plan and Capacity Data Package, and agreeing to a commitment period of 24 months, will be entitled to a HK$1,500 mobile gadget voucher when purchasing designated items.
