The 5G Flagship Handset Standalone Coupon (“Standalone Coupon”) is applicable only for selected customer subscribing to a designated 5G service plan for a commitment period of 24 months or more. |

Customer can purchase a designated 5G standalone handset launched in 2023 (“Designated 5G handset”) by presenting the Standalone Coupon. |

Terms and Conditions: |

1. |
To redeem the Standalone Coupon, you must have a remaining unexpired commitment period of at least 12 bill months under your contract with CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) for a designated postpaid plan (the“Plan”). |

2. |
You can get up to one Standalone Coupon per registration mobile number, and each Standalone Coupon can only be used once, and register for only ONE new 5G handset launched in 2023 (the“Designated 5G handset”). Number of Standalone Coupon is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. |

3. |
Each registered mobile number can only be used to register the purchase of ONE Designated 5G handset. |

4. |
Customers must download the csl app to receive the Standalone Coupon. It will be uploaded to the Coupon Wallet in the csl app. |

5. |
Possessing the Standalone Coupon does not mean that a customer has signed up for the waiting list to purchase a designated 5G handset or product. Duly registered Standalone Coupon customers will be instructed by an SMS from CSL to preregister for a designated 5G handset. Customer must enter the Standalone Coupon number at the designated 5G handset preregistration page to purchase the designated 5G handset. Customer must present the Standalone Coupon when purchasing a designated 5G handset. |

6. |
The Standalone Coupon must be used within 365 days from the date of issuance and will become invalid after the expiry date. The Standalone Coupon can only be used by a customer subscribing to a designated 5G service plan and without any overdue payment. The Standalone Coupon is non-transferrable. When redeeming the Standalone Coupon, customer must present it along with a valid identify proof. |

7. |
CSL can give no assurance as to the date handsets become available, as supply is dependent on stock delivered by suppliers. Information on designated 5G handset suppliers, models and other details will be carried by csl’s website. |

8. |
The Standalone Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. |
|
9. |
An expired, lost, damaged or copied Standalone Coupon will not be accepted, and no form of compensation will be forthcoming. |
|
10. |
A copied Standalone Coupon will not be accepted. |
|
11. |
The Standalone Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, eGift Voucher, gift voucher or interest-free credit card installment plan. |
|
12. |
CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel the Standalone Coupon, and/or amend these Special Terms & Conditions without notice. |

13. |
In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English shall prevail. |
|
14. |
In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination. |
