- The charge for each international SMS sent while roaming overseas is HK$5 roaming surcharges.
- For international short message service, only text message can be sent to overseas network.
- International short message service service may be interrupted due to changes made by overseas networks without prior notice.
- CSL has the right to suspend the short message services to any customers if the service is used improperly.
