Terms and Conditions:

1. For new number or port-in number pre-order, each Hong Kong Identity Card may pre-order a maximum of 4 iPhones, or each Business registration number may pre-order a maximum of 10 iPhones.
2. For existing customer, pre-order is applicable to existing csl number (any csl number). Each csl number is allowed to pre-register one handset only. During the pre-order process, each csl number may indicate up to two models (first and second preference) of your preferred handset, but only one handset will be allocated, we may arrange handset collection in order of preference as soon as stock is available. If a customer is allocated a first preferred handset model, quota of second preference will be forfeited immediately. If a customer has been allocated a second preferred handset model and accepts to recontract with handset connection, quota of first preference will be forfeited immediately. Customer who has rejected the allocated second preferred handset model can wait until stock of first preferred handset model is available. We will notify you accordingly.
3. No transfer of pre-order to another person or company will be accepted.
4. pre-order and stock allocation are subject to stocks availability and you understand and agree that stocks supply are limited, we cannot guarantee the stock allocation time. You are however able to cancel pre-order at any time before payment without liability.
5. All other promotions, offers or discounts are not applicable.
6. For new customer, the priority of processing your pre-order will be subject to the time of your submission of a valid registration. For existing customer who submitted a valid registration, the priority of processing your pre-order will be in order of expiry of your service contract, if any. Once a pre-order is submitted, no changes will be allowed. Any changed pre-order will be regarded as a new registration and the priority for processing your pre-order will be according to the time of submitting the new registration.
7. After you have successfully submitted your pre-order request, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by SMS at the contact number you provided. Please ensure the contact number you provided is valid and can receive SMS. You may then receive a SMS and/or email on the result of the pre-order submission. This pre-order will only be confirmed when we send you a valid notification (whether verbal or in writing) upon stock delivery (“delivery notification”) in due course.
8. You are required to subscribe/renew to a designated csl Service Plan and designated value-added service(s) for a Commitment Period of 24 months for each iPhone. Settlement of service fees by designated bank autopay or designated credit card autopay and prepayment (amount depending on your chosen iPhone and Service Plan subscription) via cash or designated credit card are also required upon subscription. Prepayment amount will be rebated into your csl account by monthly installments during the Commitment Period. No standalone handset purchase will be allowed.
9. We reserve the right and absolute discretion to terminate or change this pre-order, the iPhone price, the designated csl Service Plan and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
10. We reserve the right to change the method of collection which you have selected.
11. You have to collect the iPhone at the designated location via the method of collection assigned and within the time as specified in our delivery notification in person, failing which such pre-order shall be deemed to have been cancelled immediately and we will be entitled to sell the iPhone to any third party without further notice to you.
12. Customer who purchases iPhone, shall check the handset immediately if there is any damage. For collection at shop, we will activate the device at shop immediately after the inspection. Upon successful activation, handset cannot be exchanged or returned. For delivery order, device will be activated before delivery.
13. New customer has to provide original address proof of recent 3 months for connection.
14. The collection of data in this page is solely for this iPhone pre-order program only.
