MOOV x AirPods Redemption
Registered customers should present their identity of proof and the premium collection notification Short-Message-Service (“SMS), collecting the Apple AirPods with wireless charging case (Item code 4008821) ( AirPods) at a designated redemption center after 5 days and within two weeks of receiving the SMS.(If it’s registered by company name, please present the company BR copy and chop for premium redemption procedure.)
Third Party Collection
Authorized persons collecting the AirPods with wireless charging case on your behalf must complete the authorization form (
click here to download )with authorized persons' HKID and provide a photocopy of the registered user’s HKID card to collect the AirPods with wireless charging case at a designated redemption center five days after and within two weeks of receiving the premium collection notification.

Please check availability of stock at the service center prior to your visit.

A Customer who does not collect his/her AirPods with wireless charging case within the redemption period as specified in the SMS notification shall be deemed to forfeit his AirPods. The use of the Service shall continue to be governed by terms and conditions of the Term Plan.

CSL reserves the right to replace the AirPods selected by another gift without prior notice. CSL is neither the manufacturer nor the supplier of the AirPods and shall not be responsible for any liabilities among these of and no compensation shall be offered by CSL (including but not limited to premium liability, quality and maintenance).
