  1. Promotion runs from July 1, 2021 to Aug 31, 2021.
  2. Existing csl customers are required to renew and subscribe to a designated MOOV Music Service plan and agree to a 24-month,or longer , commitment period. You will receive a redemption SMS within three weeks. Customer can take the redemption SMS (with redemption code) to the K11 Art House MOOV Pop-up Store to redeem one supermarket coupon during the redemption period.
  3. Supermarket redemption period: July 15, 2021 to Aug 31, 2021.
  4. MOOV 16 bit Music Service customers can redeem a HK$50 supermarket coupon. Each customer can redeem one supermarket coupon only.
  5. The redemption code must be redeemed on or before Aug 31, 2021, after which the redemption code will expire and you will not be compensated in any way.
  6. The expiry date of supermarket coupon is Dec 31, 2021, after which the coupon will expire and you will not be compensated in any way.
  7. HK$50 supermarket coupons should be redeemed, using unique redemption codes, at the K11 Art House MOOV Pop-up Store (address: Shop 415A, Level 4, K11 MUSEA, Victoria Dockside, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui). An SMS containing a unique coupon code will be sent to a customer’s mobile number within three weeks of service activation.
  8. Operating hours of the K11 Art House MOOV Pop-up Store may be changed during bad weather conditions.
  9. MOOV Music Service is limited to personal use only via a customer’s handset. csl reserves the right to take legal action if any public broadcasting or for commercial purpose is performed
  10. Quality of music or video streaming varies according to 3G/4G/5G network coverage or handset model used.
  11. MOOV Music Service is applicable only to certain compatible handsets.
