1. Activate the SIM Card

• By making or receiving the first call or sending the first short message to activate this card. Please activate this Card before the expiry date shown on card packaging*.
* For overseas use, you are recommended to activate the card in Hong Kong before departure.

An interactive platform "Easy Menu" to help you manage everything you need on your prepaid SIM.

# After you have reached 15GB of mobile data usage (the monthly fair usage level per calendar month), you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 128kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached 15GB and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
^ You may subscribe to multiple 30-day data passes simultaneously and the Local Mobile Data usage entitlements will be accumulated. The validity period of the data service passes will be counted from the time you subscribe to the last data pass.

5. The peak download speed of mobile data service is 7.2Mbps and the peak upload speed is 5.7Mbps. Actual speeds experienced may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
6. 30-Day Pass includes a continuous 720- hour session upon your subscription.
7. Hourly Pass includes a continuous 60-minute session upon your subscription.
8. Day Pass includes a continuous 24-hour session upon your subscription.
9. 7-Day Pass includes a continuous 168-hour session upon your subscription.
10. Mobile Service License and Administration Fee will be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card: $2.5 for every 30 days, waived for first 30 days from activation.
11. Validity of this SIM will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon single recharge of HK$50 or above.

1. VOICE MAIL SERVICE

With our Voice Mail Service, you can enjoy greater flexibility when managing your incoming calls. You will get FREE short message alert whenever you get a new voice mail and you can store up to 10 important messages.

Remarks

  1. Each voice mail is limited to 2 minutes and can be stored for 72 hours.
  2. Local airtime charge applies to each forwarded call to Voice Mail Box.
  3. The Voice Mail Service is charged as $5/30days & the charges deducted from the stored value will not be refunded. In case your stored value is insufficient to pay for the $5 service charge, you can recharge your SIM Card within the following two days, or your Voice Mail Service will be automatically terminated.
  4. Call charge applies for listening to your Voice Mail Box.

 

 

2. ALL CALL FORWARDING
After you have activated this service, you can divert all incoming calls to your designated local telephone number.

 

3. SMS Service
How to use
