In line with the Government’s sample check on the real-name registration information, you are required to submit your identification document to verify the registered information of the pre-paid SIM card:
Card Number: UNIQUE_LINK on or before 30 April 2025 via https://rnr.hkcsl.com/clubsim_update or else the relevant SIM card will be deregistered. The pre-paid SIM card number may subsequently be reassigned for use by another customer. If you have already verified your registered information, you can disregard this message.
