Selected personal customers of csl entitle 1-day Always-Be-Connected 24 hours Data Pass for free (“Free Pass”). The Free Pass is valid for 2 months upon redemption (“Validity Period”) and applicable to major destinations in the Asia Pacific (Zones A & B).If customer is using Greater China Plan, the Service will not be applicable to destinations covered by Greater China Plan. Any unused Free Pass will be forfeited upon expiry of the Validity Period, and thereafter prevailing roaming rates will apply. Customer required redeeming the Free Pass 30 days before or after birthday. Customer can enjoy the offer once a year. The Free Pass applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Blackberry Services, Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available under the Free Pass is 500MB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 256kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. Customers are required to use the Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Data Pass.
csl customers are offered a guaranteed high birthday trade-in price inclusive of $500 during a customer’s birthday month. Customer gets $500 on top of the daily offer price shown at a csl store or trade-in counter ($500 will be given as monthly service fee rebate for Handset Connection service plan subscription). Trade in price benchmark with major mobile device chain stores (number of shop is up to 20 shops or above) and this trade in price is for selected model of trade in handset/tablet only.In order to qualify for the offer, customer is required to show a valid identification document to verify his/her birthday month. Each customer is entitled to the offer once only during his/her birthday month every year. The above offer is applicable only to trade- in handsets in conjunction with a handset / tablet purchase with or without Handset Connection service plan subscription at a suggested retail price of more than $2,000 (not applicable to any Xiaomi or Apple products). Ultimate Data Transfer & Device Diagnosis Service
• In order to qualify for free one-time data transfer service (worth $800), a customer is required to present this page and a valid identification document to verify his/her birthday month. Each customer is entitled to this offer one time only during his/her birthday month every year.
•Make an appointment to utilize our WhatsApp information transfer service at one of the designated csl shops by calling 2888 2393.
•You should arrive at a designated csl shop 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are 30 minutes late, or fails to honor an appointment without notice, this free service becomes invalid and no rescheduling of appointment will be allowed.
• After an appointment is made, you can change/cancel it at least 24 hours in advance by calling 2888 2393.Rescheduling an appointment can be done one time only.
• This reward has no limit on data transfer usage.
•The service is applicable only to designated customers and is currently compatible with major mobile OS platforms and certain handset models. Please contact our shop staff for details.
•Content-transfer time may vary according to model and depends on volume of content.
• Data-transfer effectiveness is determined by device model. Not all types of data and/or content can be transferred with the same degree of success. CSL Mobile Limited adopts best practice, but cannot guarantee all data and/or content is transferred without loss.
• The customer is responsible for backing up data and/or content on a mobile device before using data transfer, Device Diagnostics or Data Erasure Function.
• CSL Mobile Limited expressly disclaims any liability for loss (including loss of data and content) or damage (including damage to mobile devices) suffered by the customer or any other persons arising, directly or indirectly, from the data transfer and/or Device Diagnostics and/or Data Erasure Function.
• CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right, at its discretion, not to proceed with data transfer nor Device Diagnostics nor Data Erasure Function. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited’s decision shall be final.
• The service will transfer data from one phone to another during each appointment.
• Data erasure has been certified to the Responsible Recycling (R2) standard by SGS Limited.
• The service is provided by Ecollect Limited.
