Terms & Conditions governing the csl 2GB China & Macau prepaid data roaming SIM card ("Prepaid Card")

Eligible customers must obtain one Prepaid Card by presenting the prepaid card reward redemption code ("Redemption Code") at any 1O1O AI Store (addresses: https://www.1010.com.hk/tc/contactus) or csl AI Store (addresses: https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/shop/) between 15 December 2025 and 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive). |

Each Redemption Code can be used one time only. No replacement shall be issued in the event of loss or invalidation. |

3. |
The Prepaid Card must be activated on or before 31 December 2026, or will otherwise become invalid. |

4. |
When activated, data entitlement of 2GB for mainland China & Macau will take effect immediately and remain valid for 30 days. Any remaining data balance after the validity period shall be forfeited. |

5. |
The Redemption Code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash nor other products. |
|
6. |
Each recharge of HK$20 or more shall automatically extend the Prepaid Card's validity for 365 days from the date of recharge. |

7. |
If the Prepaid Card balance remains at HK$0, with no record of use for three consecutive months, we reserve the right to terminate the service without notice. |

8. |
CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms & Conditions without notice. In the event of dispute relating to the Redemption Code and/or the Prepaid Card service, csl reserves the right of final and binding determination. |
