Top Asia Pacific Data Roaming Pass Offer by Setting Up csl Bill Autopay with credit card via csl app
Eligible csl consumer customers can get two FREE Top Asia Pacific Data Roaming Passes by setting up credit card autopay to settle csl bill (the “Bill”) via csl app (this “Promotion”) during the Promotion Period. Terms and Conditions apply.


Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is offered by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) and is valid from 14 February to 31 May 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To become an eligible customer (“Eligible Customer”) for the offer(s) under this Promotion (the “Offer”), you must:
  • be a csl consumer customers with a designated monthly plan subscription;
  • currently settled csl bill with cash payment;
  • within the promotional period, successfully set up autopay to pay Bill by using credit card via csl app. The credit card must have a minimum validity period of three months and the cardholder's name must be the same as the registered name of the Eligible Customer's csl account;
  • not cancel and reset autopay within the promotional period; and
  • not register csl service with a business registration certificate.
3. The Top Asia Pacific data roaming passes will be credited to your csl account in the first or second billing month from the date of setting up autopay successfully.
4. 5G data roaming service is applicable only to csl 5G service plan customers. Top Asia Pacific Data Roaming Pass is applicable only to Mainland China, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service and a Data Roaming Pass. The Mobile Data roaming available for this service is 1GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. 5. The autopay will be activated from the next billing month after successfully setting up. If you fail to settle the Bill via autopay in any billing month, you are still required settle the Bill via another payment method.
6. If you cancel your csl account or autopay before issuance of the Top Asia Pacific data roaming passes, any uncredited Top Asia Pacific data roaming passes will be forfeited.
7. Each Eligible Customer, as counted by each mobile number, can enjoy the Offer under this Promotion for one time only.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
9. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL (https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/service-terms-and-conditions/) apply to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the Designated Plan and the goods and services of CSL.
10. We reserve the right to vary or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Provider reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the Offer at any time without notice.
11. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the use of the Offer, the Provider’s decisions shall be final.
