Consumption Vouchers 5G Service Plan Terms and Conditions


General
1. To be eligible for Consumption Vouchers 5G Service Plan (the “Plan”), you must (i) elect to pay the Plan fee with one of the designated stored value facilities (the “Designated SVF”), (ii) elect to receive SMS bill; (iii) be eligible for Consumption Voucher Scheme (the “Scheme”) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (the “Government”).
2. The Plan fee is HK$5000, also included the MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. The Plan is subject to a designated contract period commencing from the Commencement Date indicated in your application (the “Commitment Period”). 

Payment of fees and charges
3. You must settle the Plan fee with one of the Designated SVF in accordance with the following terms: 
  1. (a)For customers who elect to settle the payment of the Plan Fee with Octopus (Stored Value Facilities License Number: SVF0001) or Tap & Go (Stored Value Facilities License Number: SVF0002) or AlipayHK (Stored Value Facilities License Number: SVF0004) or WeChat Pay HK (Stored Value Facilities License Number: SVF0005), you must pay the Plan fee HK$5,000 immediately when subscribe the Plan.
 
  1. The Plan fee payment and bill schedule may be changed by us from time to time in light of any changes to the terms and conditions of the Scheme;

  2. For avoidance of doubt, the above payment timelines are applicable regardless of whether and when you are eligible to claim or receive, or have received any disbursements under the Scheme by the dates set out in Clauses 3(a) or at all.
4. If there are any Other Fees and Charges in the bill, you must pay the same using other payment methods acceptable to us in accordance with the Mobile Service Agreement.  
5. Any overpaid amount will be carried forward to your next bill unless otherwise indicated by us.  
6. If the Plan is terminated before expiry of Commitment Period for any reason, you will be required to pay an early termination charge in a sum equivalent to the remaining balance of the Plan fee, and all remaining entitlement shall be forfeited forthwith. 

Bill issuance
1. The bill(s) for the Plan fee will be issued 
(i)  within 30 calendar days from the service activation date for customers who pay with Octopus , Tap & Go, AlipayHK or WeChat Pay HK;

Notwithstanding the bill issuance schedule, you are liable to pay the Plan fees in accordance with the timelines set out in paragraph 3 above.
 
2. Save for the Plan fee, the bills for all other fees and charges such as fees for value-added services, IDD charges, direct carrier bills and thereafter usage (the “Other Fees and Charges”) will be issued to you on a monthly basis.  
Others
1. Unless otherwise specified, the offers and privileges under the Plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non- transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
2. Upon expiry of the Commitment Period of your subscription, we will continue to provide the mobile service with a monthly plan carrying substantially the same monthly data entitlement or any other service plan as we deem fit on a month-to-month basis at the latest prevailing monthly fee until you terminate the service by giving at least 30 day notice. Unless otherwise specified, any existing benefit, offer, rebate offered to you during the Commitment Period will cease to apply upon the expiry of the Commitment Period. An MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month will be charged after the commitment period of the Plan from the 25th month and onward.
3. We reserve the right to terminate or change the Plan and/or these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited, to the billing schedule) at any time without prior notice in the event of any dispute. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
4. For avoidance of doubt, you are liable to pay the Plan fee in its entirety and in accordance with the timelines set out above regardless (i) when you will receive the disbursements under the Scheme and (ii) whether you are eligible for the any disbursements under the Scheme at all.

Exclusive Offers Terms and Conditions
 
1. Eligible customers who elect to pay the plan fee of the Consumption Vouchers 5G Service Plan (the “Plan”), a mobile plan offered by CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”), is entitled to the following additional offers (the “Offers”):
 
  1. Now E Basic Pack and;
  2. Now E Android TV Box 
2. To be eligible for the offer, you must 
 
  1. undertake to register (a) under the Consumption Voucher Scheme (“CVS”) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; 
  2. subscribe to the Plan and elect to pay the Plan fee in the sum of HK$5000 with one of the designated stored value facilities (the” Designated SVF”) under the CVS ; and 
  3. fully comply with the terms and conditions of the Plan and the selected ”Designated SVF”.

4. All benefits under the Offer shall be forfeited upon termination or expiry of the Plan. csl is not the provider of the SVF. csl makes no representation or guarantee to any aspect of Tap & Go services and makes no responsibility and liability for any matters in relation to the same.

6. csl reserve the right to terminate or change the Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of any dispute. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
7. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Now E Android TV Box Terms and Conditions:
1. To enjoy content on Now E, you can do so via the Now E Android TV Box to register for a Now E account and enter your promotion code. Please refer to www.nowe.com for the latest requirements for supported devices.
 
2. Now E Android TV Box is provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”). The use of Now E Android TV Box is subject to the Now E Terms and Conditions and the Now E Android TV Box Terms and Conditions respectively (available for viewing at http://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service and https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/tvbox.
 
3. Now E can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content on Now E is for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
 
4. Customer must redeem / collect the Now E Android TV Box within one month upon receiving the redemption / collection notification SMS. Failure to do so will result in the Now E Android TV Box being forfeited.
 
5. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.
 
6. In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL and PCCW Media Limited shall be final.
 

Now E Basic Pack Terms and Conditions
1. Now E Basic Pack include Now News, Now Sports Prime, Viu Premium, ViuTV.
 
2. CSL is not the supplier of Now E Service, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of Now E contents. In case of any enquiry or dispute about the Service, please contact customer hotline directly at csl 25123123/1O1O 28881010.
 
3. Customer must download and successfully install the Now E App from Google Play or Apple App Store to use the Services; or visit Now E online platform.
 
4. Mobile data used to access the Now E content, will be deducted from and/or charge at the customer’s csl/1O1O mobile service and data plan.
 
5. Video quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location and network coverage and performance.
 
6. Now E, the Application, the Website and the content are provided by PCCW and its licensors. The use of Now E, the Application and the Website is subject to the “Now E Terms and Conditions” (available for viewing at  http://www.nowe.com/tnc/service, http://www.nowe.com/tnc/tvbox and http://www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow respectively).
7. The customer shall not modify, adapt, sub-license, reproduce, distribute, copy, exploit, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion, its Content and/or any downloadable software of the Now E application.
 
8. Now E can be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for customer’s private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
 
9. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.
 
10. In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL and PCCW Media Limited shall be final.
 
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
