Terms and Conditions
1. Under this offer, an Eligible Customer (as defined below) is entitled to receive an e-Voucher (as defined below) and to redeem a one (1)-hour free golf driving range simulator trial provided by GOLFZON and one (1) selected drink (“Offer”).   This Offer is valid from 3 April 2025 to 30 June 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for this Offer, you must be an eligible customer (the “Eligible Customer”), who is:
a) a csl customer who owns a csl account; and
b) a selected csl customer who has received the designated promotion message for this Offer during the Promotion Period.  
3. In order to enjoy this Offer, during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Customer must obtain a “GOLFZON Driving Range Experience Voucher” via csl App (“e-Voucher”) and redeem it by following the instructions contained therein. 
4. The e-Voucher under this Offer is applicable to the Eligible Customer who has successfully made a  prior reservation with GOLFZON and presents  the e- Voucher on csl App  at a designated branch  of  GOLFZON listed on clause 6 to enjoy a one (1)-hour free golf driving range simulator trial and one (1) selected drink provided by GOLFZON.
5. Each Eligible Customer can redeem the Offer only once.
6. You must make a prior reservation at any one of the following applicable branches of GOLFZON:

7. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are strictly prohibited and may result in booking suspension. GOLFZON reserves the final decision to cancel the booking and the right to enjoy the Offer.
8. The Offer is not applicable to children under six (6) years old. Individuals under eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
9. Each Eligible Customer may be required to provide personal information to GOLFZON for registration prior to  using the facilities.
10. Each e-Voucher  under this Offer can only be used once during the Promotion Period.
11. Unless otherwise stated, both the Offer and/or e-Voucher under this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

13. The e-Voucher and services provided by GOLFZON are at your own risk. If you have any questions, please contact GOLFZON. Any use, communication, and transactions regarding e-Voucher and services provided by GOLFZON are solely between you and GOLFZON. You agree that CSL Mobile Limited will not be legally liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of e-Voucher and services provided by GOLFZON. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSL Mobile Limited makes no express or implied warranties regarding the products sold or services provided by GOLFZON, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. We, CSL Mobile Limited, are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the e- Voucher  under this Offer, or any merchandise/services obtainable via the e- Voucher  under this Offer.  We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the e- Voucher  under this Offer (including but not limited to the quality of any merchandise/services obtainable via the e- Voucher  under this Offer) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the e- Voucher  under this Offer, or any merchandise/services obtainable via the e- Voucher  under this Offer. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances. For enquiries about the e- Voucher under this Offer, please contact the GOLFZON  directly.  
15. We reserves the right to vary or cancel the Offer and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. GOLFZON  reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the e- Voucher  under this Offer and its use at any time without notice.
16. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to the Offer, CSL Mobile Limited’s decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the e-Voucher under this Offer and its use, GOLFZON  ’s decisions shall be final.
