HONOR Magic V5 - Terms and Conditions of Redemption of Now TV Western Signature Pack HBO Max (Standard) 1-Month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (these "Terms and Conditions")

Customers can use the Now TV Western Signature Pack HBO Max (Standard) 1-Month Pass activation code ("Code") to redeem the Now TV Western Signature Pack HBO Max (Standard) 1-Month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) ("Pass") service only through the Now TV Website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code). In order to complete the redemption process, customers are required to provide credit card information, and to authorise Now TV Limited to, after the Initial Subscription Period (as defined below), charge such credit card account the full amount of the then applicable upfront charges of the Pass on a monthly basis. |

The Code is valid from 6 August 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates are inclusive), failing which the Code will expire. |

The Pass will be effective immediately after the customer successfully redeems the Code and the initial subscription to the Pass will remain valid until on the same calendar day to the following month 23:59:59 after the redemption date ("Initial Subscription Period"). After the expiration of the Initial Subscription Period, the subscription to the Pass will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis recurringly unless a valid termination request has been submitted according to clause 4 below. |

Unless Now TV receives a valid termination request from you forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of your current subscription to the Pass, Now TV will renew your subscription(s) accordingly and charge you the applicable upfront charges for the Pass at HK$118/month or the prevailing upfront charge rate published from time to time on our Now TV App and Now TV Website. The termination request must be submitted by clicking "Cancel Renewal" via https://www.nowtv.now.com/subscription-details forty-eight (48) hours before the expiry of the Initial Subscription Period of the Pass or each billing cycle of the current subscription to the Pass. |

After the customer successfully redeems the Code, Now TV will send a SMS notification about HBO Max service redemption to the customer's registered mobile number on the Pass effective date. To activate HBO Max service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at HBO Max website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on http://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-hbomax. The relevant subscription period of the HBO Max service under the Pass will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer activates the HBO Max service or not. |

Any termination of your subscription to the Pass, will also terminate your relevant entitlement to HBO Max services under the Pass. |

7. |
Each Code can only be used once. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation, stolen, or loss of any Code, or any delay to use or failure to apply the Code before its expiry date due to any network, server, system, technical or other issues (no matter those issues are beyond our control or not). |

8. |
All programs, content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or organiser. Dates and times of all programs and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and/or organiser for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the matches, content, channels, program and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Pass subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV Services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches, content, channels and/or program. |

9. |
Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Code, Pass or any other Now TV packs/service plans. |

10. |
To access the Now TV services and the Pass by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. If (a) a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to redeeming the Pass by using the Code; or provided that such Now ID did not register with any Now TV services with a Set-Top Box; (b) a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services, and are subject to the restrictions stated in clauses 11, 12 and 13 below. |

11. |
The Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes. |

12. |
The Code and the Pass, respectively, are not applicable to a customer with a Now ID that has registered and connected with any Now TV services with a Set-Top Box. |

13. |
The Code and the Pass, respectively, are not applicable to a customer who has already subscribed to Now TV Western Signature Pack HBO Max Standard) / (Ultimate) (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) or (with a Now TV Set-Top Box). |

14. |
The Code and the Pass, respectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged. |

The relevant service plan with Western Signature Pack already includes HBO Max (Standard)/ HBO Max (Ultimate) subscriptions under HBO Max service that customers have subscribed to the Pass during the subscription period. The Pass with HBO Max (Standard) allows customers to watch content via HBO Max App on two (2) supported devices at a time in up to Full HD quality; and the Pass with HBO Max (Ultimate) allows customers to watch content via HBO Max App on four (4) supported devices at a time in up to 4K UHD quality and Dolby Atmos (as available). In addition, subscription to the Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) means you may only watch live or on demand content via Now TV Apps/Website on no more than two (2) compatible electronic devices simultaneously. |

Your use of the Code, the Pass and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. The Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R. |

Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Code, the Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, Terms and Conditions - Now TV Activation Codes and Now TV Passes (without Set-Top Box), and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final. |

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
