How to buy

1.Purchase AppleCare+ with your new iPhone.
2.Or buy it within 60 days of your iPhone purchase:
  • On your device (go to Settings > General > About and choose AppleCare+ Coverage Available)
  • Online (requires you to verify your serial number and run a remote diagnostic)
  • At an Apple Store (inspection of iPhone and proof of purchase are required)

2. Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date. AppleCare+ for iPhone provides coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling every 12 months. Each incident is subject to a service fee of HK$228 for a screen replacement or back glass damage, or HK$788 for any other damage. The back glass damage service fee applies only to iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models. Service fee for back glass damage on other models varies. Any unused incidents will expire after 12 months of coverage and you will get two more incidents to use within the next 12 months of continued coverage.
3. Local telephone fees may apply. Telephone numbers and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
4. Same-day service availability and options may vary by region and iPhone model. For international service, Apple may repair or replace your iPhone and iPhone parts with a comparable iPhone model or parts that comply with local standards. Service coverage is subject to AppleCare+ Terms and Conditions. See AppleCare+ Terms and Conditions for complete product details.
5. AppleCare+ benefits are separate from and in addition to the Apple Limited Warranty and any legal rights provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. AppleCare+ is subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase iPhone.
6. In Hong Kong, Apple Asia Limited (“Apple”) is the obligor in relation to all obligations under this Plan apart from the Accidental Damage from Handling coverage. For the Accidental Damage from Handling coverage, AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited (AIG HK) is the insurer under this Plan pursuant to a master agreement between Apple and AIG HK, under which such coverage is included as part of the Plan. Apple purchases this coverage from AIG HK as counterparty to the master agreement. Apple is not a licensed insurance agent and does not provide any advice in relation to the insurance coverage provided by AIG HK under the Plan.
