Terms and conditions

Spectators must comply with the Football Association of Hong Kong, China Ticket Regulations and the terms and conditions set by the Stadium.
1. Spectators must comply with the Stadia Regulation and other Stadium rules and regulations.
2. Spectators must enter the Stadium through the designated entrances and produce valid tickets or passes on entry.
3. One person per ticket regardless of age.
4. Tickets sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
5. Lost tickets will not be re-issued.
6. Tickets are non-transferable.
7. In the event that the program cannot be staged due to force majeure (such as a typhoon or heavy rain) and the event organizer is successful in re-staging it within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, no refund will be made by the event organizer.
8. No money will be refunded if, for any reason, a match is abandoned.
9. The event organizer reserves the right not to refund to any person who failed to comply with the Stadium regulation and was removed from the Stadium.
10. Entry of persons who are found to have brought prohibited items will be denied of entry.  Prohibited items include but not limited to plastic, glass, metal bottles or containers, and bottled or canned drinks and food (except baby food and medication);, any items, flags, banners, buntings, posters, flyers, leaflets, and/or other promotional, propaganda and display materials, the contents of which are discriminatory, political, or have any association with racist, xenophobic, charitable or ideological nature or items that could detract from the sporting focus, compromise public safety and security, or restrict the view of other spectators and / or harm the reputation of the Event ; any kind of article, object or substance which could be used as a weapon or which may be harmful to health; any noise instruments; any remote-controlled flying devices or toys; and any other thing that may constitute an infringement of the Stadia Regulation, Cap. 132BY or, in the case of football matches under the direct administration of FIFA, the FIFA Stadium Safety and Security Regulations.
11. All cheering materials or slogan (promotional and non-promotional) need to be approved by the event organizer before they can be brought into the Stadium.
12. Throwing objects, employing foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in the Stadium are prohibited.
13. The use of umbrellas in such a manner as to cause danger or any unnecessary obstruction, or interference with any person in the Stadium is prohibited.
14. All the seating areas in the Stadium have been designated as non-smoking areas. During events, spectators are not permitted to smoke in the non-smoking areas; otherwise they may be removed from the Stadium.
15. The event organizer does not guarantee that those to whom the ticket(s) are issued will have an uninterrupted and/or unobstructed view for the match from the seat(s) provided.
16. Tickets shall not be used for any promotional purposes without the consent of the event organizer.
17. No person can distribute any promotional materials, souvenirs or give-away items or carry out any form of promotional, sales or marketing activity without the consent of the event organizer.
18. No video shooting or sound recording without the consent of the event organizer.
19. The event organizer reserves the right to reschedule the fixture of the tournament.
20. The event organizer reserves the right to claim for any loss against any unauthorized person in respect of his/her entry into the restricted area (including but not limited to the pitch area).
21. The event organizer reserves the right to claim for any loss against anyone who behave in a riotous, disorderly, indecent, disruptive or offensive manner
