^ Terms and Conditions of the Emirates FA Cup 2025/26 Event Pass (these "Terms and Conditions") 1. The "Emirates FA Cup 2025/26 Event Pass" ("Event Pass") is a service provided by Now TV Limited (the "Company") on the Now TV services. 2. Standard price (HK$198): New or existing Now TV customers may subscribe to the Event Pass through the Now TV website (https://www.nowtv.now.com/). 3. Offer 1 (HK$138): Certain designated csl / 1O1O / Club Sim Postpaid / Netvigator / Now TV customers ("Eligible Customers") can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$138 through the designated sales channels (including but not limited to the Now TV portal on a Now TV Set-Top Box) on or before 16 May 2026 ("Offer 1"). Please contact our sales staff for information.   Offer 2 (HK$118): Eligible Customers who meet the relevant conditions listed below can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$118 through the designated sales channels of the relevant service on or before 16 May 2026 ("Offer 2"): i.  Customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV who newly subscribe to any designated service plan or value-added service (if applicable) of HK$58/month or above of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV service, with a 24-month or 36-month commitment period; ii.  Designated existing customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV service who upgrade or add-on to their existing service or subscription plans, which results in at least HK$38/month increase of relevant service or subscription fees, with a new 24-month or 36-month commitment period; or iii.   Designated existing customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV who renew certain designated service or subscription plans for a 24-month or 36-month commitment period, at a monthly service or subscription fees no lower than the relevant service or subscription fees for their existing service plan. Offer 1 and Offer 2 are collectively, the "Offers". 4. The subscription fees and charges of the Event Pass stated in clauses 2, 3 and 4 do not include any installation charges or Now TV Set-Top box rental services. 5. The Event Pass permits a customer to watch featured live matches of the Emirates FA Cup 2025/26 (from the second round to the final) and featured re-runs ("Emirates FA Cup 2025/26") from 6 December 2025 to 30 June 2026 via the Now TV services. 6. Featured live matches of the Emirates FA Cup 2025/26 will be broadcast on Now TV Channel 651 and/or Channel 652 and the on-demand replays are planned to be available within 24 hours of the respective live events and will last for 30 days thereafter. 7. The Event Pass is valid from its activation until 23:59:59 on 30 June 2026. The Event Pass will be effective immediately upon successful subscription and if required, after the completion of installation of a Now TV Set-Top Box, whichever is later. 8. Featured live matches of the Emirates FA Cup 2025/26 from 6 December 2025 to 16 May 2026 (i.e. from the second round to the final) will be broadcast exclusively in Hong Kong on pay television by Now TV. All programs, content and matches are subject to cancellation and / or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches, sporting events and programs may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and/or event organizers for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the matches, content, channels, program and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Event Pass subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches, content, channels and / or program. 9. If a customer newly subscribes to Now TV services and opts to rent a Now TV Set-Top Box (with SD / HD / 4K Connection) (the "Set-Top Box"), such a customer must subscribe to one of the available Now TV service plans with 24-month or 36-month commitment period and also pay a monthly rental fee of HK$38 over the commitment period, and an installation fee of HK$980 may also be applicable. The HD/4K Connection Service is subject to the Upgrade to HD / 4K Terms & Conditions available at https://www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions/. 10. Those Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 11. Depending on the sale channel through which customer subscribe to the Event Pass, the subscription fees of the Event Pass will be charged accordingly:   i.  for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through the Now TV website, it is required to pay the relevant upfront charges by credit card at the time of subscription; ii.  for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through the Now TV portal on the Set Top Box, the subscription fees and/or charges for the Event Pass will be billed through applicable Now TV invoice; or iii.   for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV sales channel, the subscription fees and/or charges for the Event Pass will be billed through the applicable csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV invoice, as applicable.   12. Once purchased, subscribed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Event Pass or any other Now TV packs / service plans. 13. To access the Now TV services and the Event Pass by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV App or the Now TV Website. For customer who are subscribing the Event Pass through the Now TV website, and such(a) a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Event Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to subscribing to the Event Pass; or (b) a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and / or Club Sim services and would like to use the Event Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services prior to subscribing to the Event Pass, and are subject to the restrictions stated in clause 14 below. 14. The Event Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Event Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private / commercial purposes. 15. The Event Pass and the Now TV service, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. The Event Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.. 16. Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Event Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App / Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Terms and Conditions of Now TV Contract / Application at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final. 17. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. # Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim users to waive the data usage of Now E and Now TV app 1. Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim monthly service plan ("Users") can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now E videos content and/or Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now E app and / or Now TV app ("Apps") in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now E app and / or Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. 2. All programming on Now E and Now TV app can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content is for private viewing in Hong Kong only by the Users. It cannot be publicly or commercially displayed or played. 3. This service is subject to the relevant charging terms and conditions of Now E and Now TV. 4. The image quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. 5. Now E, the app, and the website are provided by Now TV Limited, while the content of Now E is provided by Now TV Limited and third-party content providers. The use of Now E is subject to the Now E terms and conditions (https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service). 6. "Now TV app" only plays certain specific channels and programs. Please refer to the "Now TV app" terms and conditions (please visit https://nowplayer.now.com/tnc). Please note that the viewing of any channel, program, and/or content on the Now TV app service can be canceled at any time without prior notice. The Now TV app is only suitable for mobile devices with iOS 7.0 or above and Android 4.0 or above, with original and unmodified operating systems. 7. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. 8. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only). 9. In case of any disputes, CSL Mobile Limited and Now TV Limited reserve the right to make the final decision.
