Tips on change of service

  1. Payment method

    1. Tap & Go bill payment service – please re-register with your first bill showing the new 14-digit account number via Tap & Go mobile app

    2. Bank autopay – we will arrange for re-registration of the new 14-digit account number using your same bank account. Depending on the bank’s policy, an administration charge may be levied for re-registration. Please contact your bank directly for details.
    3. Credit card autopay – we will arrange for re-registration of the new 14-digit account number using the same credit card number, so no action needs to be taken by you.
    4. PPS payment – please re-register for PPS payment using the new 14-digit account number under the “57” merchant code and choose “02: csl” as bill type when paying your bill. You are also required to re-register the new 14-digit account number in respect of your instructions for recurring payment, if applicable.

    6. Payment slips – if you have a 7-Eleven cash payment slip, you can visit one of our csl shops to re-print the payment slip using your new 14-digit account number.

      - View bill image
      - Change bill & contact information
      - View unbilled service usage
      - View service plan details
    2. csl website (www.hkcsl.com) and csl mobile site (m.hkcsl.com): My Account services
    3. csl app: All app features
    4. USSD code dial-in service includes:
      - Re-activate roaming (#143*01#)/suspend roaming (*143*01#)
      - Unbilled usage inquiry (*138/*139)
      - Create/reset password (*111)
