HKT Care GADGET 360 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HKT Care Gadget 360 (“This Service”) is only applicable to CSL and 1O1O individual customers age 18 years or above and holding a Hong Kong identity card, and for the usage within the specified commitment period (24 months) of the mobile service subscription plan.

This Service provides insurance coverage of i-GUARD Phone & Tablet Repair Plan and Easy Gadget Protection (“The Insurance”) during the specified commitment period by signing the Customer Information Form/confirming the application by phone call.

The commitment period of This Service will be the same as the commitment period of customer’s mobile service subscription plan. If This Service is cancelled before the end date of the commitment period, the customer is required to pay the remaining monthly fee of the commitment period.

This Service will be terminated when the customer terminates the mobile service subscription plan or when the commitment period expires.

The Insurance provided by This Service is underwritten by FWD General Insurance Company Limited (“FWDGI”). The coverage for the Insurance is subject to its terms and conditions. For details, please refer to “i-GUARD Phone & Tablet Repair Plan Terms and Conditions” and the “Easy Gadget Protection” Terms and Conditions. FWDGI reserves the final decision on the approval of the Insurance applications and claims. By signing the Customer Information Form/confirming the application by phone call, you agree that HKT Financial Services (IA) Limited (HKT Care) will act as your insurance agent to arrange the Insurance and provide related after-sales services. For enquiries, please call HKT Care Customer Service Hotline 8209-0098 during office hours.

This Service commitment by signing the Customer Information Form/confirming the application by phone call must be completed in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

By signing the Customer Information Form/confirming the application by phone call, you have acknowledged and understood The Service’s insurance coverage, and the related Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Care and FWDGI shall be final and conclusive. HKT Care and FWDGI reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions of terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
HKT Care Gadget 360條款及細則:

HKT Care Gadget 360(「此服務」)只適用於年滿18歲並持有有效之香港身份證之CSL及1O1O個人客戶,並必須在流動通訊服務計劃指定承諾期(24個月)內選用此服務。

簽署客戶資料記錄表/經由電話確認此服務後,於指定承諾期內,此服務提供「嘉保手機及平板電腦維修計劃」及「Easy Gadget Protection」(統稱為「保險保障」)的保障。

此服務的承諾期與客戶選用的流動通訊服務計劃的承諾期將會一致,如承諾期完結前取消此服務,客戶須繳付承諾期餘下的月費。

此服務將於客戶終止流動通訊服務合約或承諾期屆滿時終止。

此服務提供的保險保障由富衛保險有限公司(「富衛保險」)承保,有關產品的保障項目均受其條款及細則約束。有關詳情,請細閱「嘉保手機及平板電腦維修計劃條款及細則」及「Easy Gadget Protection條款及細則」。富衛保險可對保險申請的批核及索償保留最終決定權。有關富衛保險之收集個人資料聲明,詳情載於https://www.fwd.com.hk/tc/personal-data-protection-policy-and-practices/fwd-general-insurance-company-limited/。

簽署客戶資料記錄表/經由電話確認此服務即代表您確認及明白服務計劃之保障內容,及有關的條款及細則。

HKT Care及富衛保險就此服務的任何爭議保留最終決定權,並保留一切修訂此推廣條款及細則之權利。
