Terms and Conditions for “Tim Ho Wan Dining Offer”
1. This Offer is valid from 30 April 2025 to 31 May 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for this Offer, you must be (“Eligible Customer”):
a)     an existing consumer customer of designated csl monthly plans; and
b)     a selected csl customer who has received designated promotion message for this Offer during the Promotion Period.
3. The use of this offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of Tim Ho Wan Limited (“Partner”). For details, please inquire with the staff at the Tim Ho Wan outlet located in K11 Art Mall.
4. This offer is only applicable at the Tim Ho Wan located in K11 Art Mall and does not apply to other Tim Ho Wan branches.
5. Each eligible customer can enjoy this Offer unlimited times by presenting the designated promotion message during the Promotion Period. Customer can only redeem either Offer 1 or Offer 2 per transaction, Offer 1 and Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction.
6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
7. We, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”), are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of this Offer, nor any merchandise obtainable n under this Offer. We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of this Offer (or any goods or services obtainable under this Offer) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation thereto. 9. We and the Partner reserve the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Partner reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of this Offer at any time without notice.
10. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Offer, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the use of this Offer, the Partner’s and/or our decisions shall be final.
