1. This Offer is valid from 24 to 28 April 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be an eligible customer (the “Eligible Customer”), who:
a. Is a selected csl customer who has received a designated MMS from us in relation to this Promotion (the “Promotion MMS”); 
b. Presented the Promotion MMS to city’super staff
c. Is an existing member of city’super’s super e Membership, a loyalty program operated by Partner (defined hereinafter) or registered as a new super e Member and satisfy the additional criteria of Partner (defined hereinafter), which is available at https://new-member-registration.citysuper.com/NMRS/portlet/en/landing2.jsp
3. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy this Offer once during the Promotion Period, as determined by its super e code.

In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final.  In the event of dispute in relation to the use of the Offer, the Provider’s decisions shall be final.
