Special terms and conditions for the provision of the CSL JustOne Card Service (“Service”) by CSL Limited (“we / us”) (Effective from 21 May 2025)

These Special Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) and form an integral part of the Agreement. In consideration of us offering the Mobile Service and/or the above offer, you agree to subscribe to the Mobile Service subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these Special Term and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Special Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement, these Special Terms and Conditions will prevail. |

In consideration of the Company offering the aforesaid item, the Customer agrees to subscribe to the Mobile Service of the Company during the Contract Period from the Effective Date of this Agreement subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”). |

The Company agrees to provide the JustOne Card Service to the Customer which will allow the Customer to use the services of selected telecommunications operators (as specified below respectively and which may be changed from time to time by us without prior notice) (each a “Participating Operator”) which are located in places outside of Hong Kong (each a “Participating Operator’s Territory”). Upon application, the Customer will be assigned a JustOne Card Phone Number that can be used within the specified Participating Operator’s Territory. This number can be used for making and receiving calls, as well as sending and receiving SMS via VoLTE networks and compatible mobile devices. If the Customer is located outside of the Participating Operator’s Territory, they are still able to receive incoming calls and SMS via their JustOne Card phone number. Furthermore, their associated Macau number may also be utilised for making calls or sending SMS to Macau while displaying as a JustOne Card phone number. . The Customer will be charged the Charges for using the JustOne Card Service as specified by the Company from time to time. The Customer understands that the usage Charges and the features of the JustOne Card Service may vary in different Participating Operators’s Territories and some features are only available in a particular Participating Operator’s Territory and nowhere else. The Customer can only use the JustOne Card Service in the Participating Operator’s Territory which have been selected. Please refer to the csl mobile app or contact the Company’s 24-hour customer service hotline at 25 123 123 for details of the features available in the Participating Operators’ Territories. |

When using supporting handset for VoLTE and connect to VoLTE network, if a call or SMS is made/sent from mainland China to China, the display will show the JustOne Phone number for mainland China. If a call or SMS is made/sent to Macau from any location, the display will show the JustOne Phone number from Macau. In all other cases, the caller display will show the Hong Kong number. |

The JustOne Card phone number is provided to you by Participating Operator in accordance with:Mainland China phone number:

Applicable rules, laws and regulations in mainland China, including but not limited to the True Identity Registration. For details of the True Identity Registration, Please refer to “Importance notice: True Identity Registration required for using China mobile numbers”.
Macau phone number:

The Terms and conditions of Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau S.A.R.L. (“CTM”);
Applicable rules, laws and regulations in Macau, including but not limited to the Cyber Security Law. For details of the Cyber Security Law, Please refer to https://bo.io.gov.mo/bo/i/2019/25/lei13.asp#13. |

You can only connect to China Mobile or CTM’s mobile network when you are in Participating Operator’s Territory. |

The Customer understands that the JustOne Card Service is provided by the Company in conjunction with the Participating Operators. In the event a Participating Operator, for whatsoever reason, cannot make its network available for the JustOne Card Service at any time or, due to any other reason, it may be necessary for the Customer to use the network of the Participating Operator without the JustOne Card Service, or be connected to the services of other roaming service providers. As far as practicable, the name of the then current service provider will be displayed on the handset screen of the Customer. The Customer understands that, by using the services of the other roaming service providers or the network of the Participating Operator without the JustOne Card Service, the usage Charges of the JustOne Card Service cease to be applicable and the Customer agrees to pay the Company the roaming and/or other relevant usage charges as may be imposed by the other roaming service providers or the Participating Operator. |

The Customer agrees to pay all Charges (whether charged by a third party or the Company) in connection with any products or services acquired from third parties whilst using the JustOne Card Service, or which are delivered to, their Mobile Equipment when using the JustOne Card Service. |
9. |
The Customer agrees that they do not acquire any rights in any JustOne Phone Number which they can use in a Participating Operator’s Territory and that any such numbers cannot be ported to any other network. |
10. |
If the Customer changes the JustOne Card phone number for any reason, the Customer is required to pay for the related charges for new JustOne Card phone number. The original JustOne Card phone number must be surrendered. |
11. |
If you use Mobile Data in other non-applicable destinations or with other operators, you will be charged according to standard roaming Mobile Data Charges. |
12. |
The forward to voicemail function is not applicable to the JustOne Card phone number when you are in the Participating Operator’s Territory. |
13. |
In the event that the Customer terminates the Mobile Service Agreement without reconnection for 14 consecutive working days for whatever reasons including, without limitation, loss of Mobile Equipment; or if the Mobile Service Agreement is terminated by the Company under Clause 14 of the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”); or if there is a change in the registered name of the Customer or the Customer varies the service rate plan, the Customer shall pay the Subsidy to the Company. |
14. |
In the event of any inconsistency between these Special Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions set out in the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”), these Special Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. The Company reserves the right to vary the Special Terms and Conditions contained herein. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on the Customer. |
Importance notice: True Identity Registration required for using mainland China phone numbers

Please note that True Identity Registration (“the Registration”) for mainland China phone numbers is now enforced by the Mainland Chinese Government. JustOne Card Service carries a mainland China phone number provided by China Mobile. China Mobile who is required under the regulation of People’s Republic of China to collect identity information from mobile service users of mainland China phone numbers. Thus, in order to use a mainland China mobile phone number, you are required to complete the Registration. |

To assist our customers to comply with the Registration for the use of JustOne Card Service, we hereby provides relevant channels to our customers to submit the required identity information. Existing customers will be informed of the arrangement for Registration. |

You are not obliged to provide any personal data to us for Registration. In such case, the Mainland Chinese Government will have the service of your mainland China mobile number stopped and thus your JustOne Card service shall cease to operate without further notice. In any event, all other services with your Hong Kong mobile number will not be affected and you may continue to use our roaming services at the prevailing roaming rates . Please note, under no circumstances will we make phone calls to you to collect your bank account information or passwords. |
