csl – “TurboJET ticket upgrade offer” e-Coupon Offer Terms and Conditions
Designated csl customers can collect the “TurboJET ticket upgrade offer” e-Coupon for free via  csl App during the Promotion Period (this “Offer”).  Relevant terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is valid from 4 July 2025 to 31 August 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be (“Eligible Customer”):
a. an existing consumer customer of designated csl plan, with a valid account under  csl App; and
b. a selected  csl customer who has received a “TurboJET ticket upgrade offer” e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via csl App under “My Wallet” during the Promotion Period.
3. In order to enjoy this Offer, Eligible Customer must obtain the e-Coupon via  csl App under “My Wallet” and follow the instructions contained therein. Eligible Customer who purchases an upgrade voucher via the designated link inside the e-Coupon are entitled to enjoy a turboJET ticket upgrade. A maximum of 2 upgrade vouchers can be purchased in each transaction. The quota for the promotion is subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. When using the upgrade voucher, Eligible Customer needs to present both valid ferry ticket and upgrade voucher to the terminal staff. The upgrade voucher is applicable from 4 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. The use of upgrade vouchers is subject to Premier Grand Class seat availability of each sailing. 4. The e-Coupon under this Offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of Shun Tak – China Travel Ship Management Limited (“Partner”).  For details, please visit the Partner’s official website.
5. Each Eligible Customer can use the e-Coupon under this Offer unlimited times during the Promotion Period.  
6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer and/or the e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
7. We, CSL Mobile Limited, are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the e-Coupon under this Offer or any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer.  We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the e-Coupon under this Offer (including but not limited to the quality of any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the e-Coupon under this Offer or any merchandise or service obtainable via the e-Coupon under this Offer.  No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.  For enquiries about the use of the e-Coupon, please contact the Partner directly.

In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  In the event of dispute in relation to this Offer, our decisions shall be final.  In the event of dispute in relation to the e-Coupon or its use, the Partner’s decisions shall be final.
