Norton Mobile Security (One month trial) Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) for CSL Mobile Limited customers

1. Norton Mobile Security (One month trial) (this “Service”) is provided to you by Gen Digital Inc (the “Supplier”). The functions of this service are not entirely equivalent to products with the same name available on the market. For details about the functions of this service, please refer to the service's website. The service will be automatically activated after the designated activity. The Service will be automatically terminated after one month of activation.

3. The terms “we”, “our”, “us” refer to CSL Mobile Limited or CSL in this Terms and conditions.
4. To subscribe for the Product, you must be a new or existing customer of our designated monthly plans (“Designated Mobile Plan”).
5. All the fees of this Service will be billed by us. We will start billing the “Norton Mobile Security (One month trial)” service, which will be stated separately as a billing item in CSL Mobile Limited’s bill to customers, once the service is subscribed through us.
6. The 'Norton 60-day money-back guarantee' provided by Norton does not apply to customers who subscribe to Norton Mobile Security (One month trial) through CSL.
7. The invitation SMS, for the designated Mobile Plan free bundle customers’ service’s activation process, will be delivered in 1 working day by us after its subscription of the Designated Mobile Plan is successfully completed through SMS notification.
8. The Norton Mobile Security (One month trial) unique activation URL, for the paid service’s registration customers, will be delivered in 1 working day by us after its subscription is successfully completed through SMS notification.
9. You will be diverted to an external website or mobile application which contains services provided by third parties during the activation process of the service. CSL has no control over and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or materials displayed on such website or application.
10. You are expected to activate the service by applying the activation code immediately after subscription to prevent the expiration of the code. In the event of prolonged service inactivity leading to the expiration of the activation code, a new activation code may not be issued.
11. Upon suspension or termination of your Designated Mobile Plan, this Service shall be suspended or terminated accordingly and any unused entitlement in relation to this Service will be forfeited without compensation in case of termination.
12. The information about the Service is based on information provided by the Supplier. We do not in any way make any representation or guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. It is recommended that you verify any important details directly with the Supplier before making any decisions or taking any actions based on this information.
13. We are not the supplier of this Service and make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of this Service (including but not limited to its quality), and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to this Service. 17. Service Charges are for local usage only and additional roaming charges apply when you use the Service outside of Hong Kong.
18. The Service is for your personal use only and you must not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, rent or trade the Service or the content (or any part thereof).
19. You are required to download the Norton application to access the Norton Mobile Security (One month trial) service. Devices that have the Norton application installed and are logged in with a registered "Norton Mobile Security (One month trial)" account are eligible to utilize the features of the Norton Mobile Security (One month trial) service.
20. 20. You shall not use the Service to carry out or allow any copyright or other intellectual property infringement and/or for any illegal and/or improper purposes.
21. 21. We and/or the Supplier reserve(s) the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Supplier reserves the right to amend the Supplier’s Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
22. 22. In the event of dispute in relation to this Service, our decisions and/or the Supplier’s decision shall be final.
23. 23. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
24. 24. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR.
