^ Terms and Conditions – Use of Now TV “Now Video Express” Movie Discount Code (without Now TV Set-Top Box) 1. In order to enjoy up to a HK$38 discount to rent a movie through Now TV’s “Now Video Express” service on the Now TV website (https://s.nowtv.hk/nowtvrentnow) , customers can login with a Now ID and then apply the Now TV “Now Video Express” Movie Discount Code (“Discount Code”) on confirm rental page under the Now TV Website. If the total charges for the movie rental is less than HK$38, the remaining balance of the Discount Code will be forfeited. If the total charges for the movie rental is above HK$38, you are required to settle the differences by using credit card. Any extra cost incurred by you in connection with the use of Now TV services is within your responsibility to settle. 2. The Discount Code is not applicable for use with a  Now ID that has been connected to and registered with a Now TV Set-Top Box. 3. The Discount Code is valid from 29 April 2025 to 30 May 2025 (both dates are inclusive) , failing which the Discount Code will expire. 4. You can view yours rented movie as many times you like within forty-eight (48) hours of renting such movie 5. Each Discount Code can only be used once. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Discount Code. 6. Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Discount Code or any other Now TV packs/service plans. 7. To access the Now TV services by using the Now Apps and the Now TV Website, you must have a Now ID.  Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now Apps or the Now TV Website. If a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Discount Code under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to rent a movie by using the Discount Code.  If a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Discount Code under the Now ID as same as mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services. 8. It may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these Terms and Conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the programme outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes. 9. The Discount Code cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold; and will not be replaced if lost. 10. Your use of the Discount Code and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to your acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions. PCCW reserves the right to cancel the Discount Code and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website   Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final. 12. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. #Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim users to waive the data usage of Now E and Now TV app 1.
