  Designated csl customers can collect the “Shenzhen Futian UpperHills Merchant Offer” e-Coupon for free via csl App during the Promotion Period (this “Offer”). Relevant terms and conditions apply.


Terms and Conditions
1. This Offer is valid from 12 March 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be (“Eligible Customer”):
a. an existing consumer customer of designated csl plan, with a valid account under  csl App; and
b. a selected csl customer who has received a “Shenzhen Futian UpperHills Merchant Offer” e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via csl App under “My Wallet” during the Promotion Period.
3. 5. Each Eligible Customer can use the e-Coupon under this Offer unlimited times during the relevant offer period for each participating merchant.
6. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer and/or the e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
7. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.  In the event of dispute in relation to this Offer, our decisions shall be final.  In the event of dispute in relation to the e-Coupon or its use, the Partner’s decisions shall be final.
