"HKT standalone Designated Devices Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer Exclusively for DBS Credit Cardholder" Terms and Conditions
 
1. "HKT Standalone Designated Devices Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer Exclusively for DBS Credit Cardholder" (the "Promotion") is only applicable to cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards (excluding Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. The promotion period runs from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") (for Offer 1 and Offer 2) / Now TV Limited (for Offer 2) / Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT Opco") (for Offer 2), each a merchant (each a "Merchant").  1O1O, csl and Club Sim services are provided by CSL; Now TV services are provided by Now TV Limited; NETVIGATOR Broadband and HKT Home Phone services are provided by HKT Opco.
4. Cardholders who make an eligible transaction ("Eligible Transaction") with Applicable Credit Cards at the Merchant during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to the corresponding offers as follow ("Offer"):

5. Offer is only applicable to Designated Sales Channels (such as retail shops, hotline and / or direct sales) by the relevant Merchant, excluding online sales channel (such as csl eShop or e-commerce platforms) ("Designated Sales Channels")
6. This Offer applies to the final amount of the single net transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.  Other transactions, including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, or prepaid service or products unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorized transactions are excluded.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions:
(a) instalments using the Eligible Card for CSL’s iPhone for Life plan;
(b) split transactions.
8. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can enjoy each of Offer 1 and Offer 2 once.
9. There are 2,000 quotas for Offer 1 and 1,000 quotas for Offer 2 available. The quota is subject to availability and is provided on a first-come-first-served basis. If the quota is full, it will be announced on Merchant’s and Bank's promotion website.
10. The Offer is also subject to the availability of the Designated Devices' models or the Designated Plans which are subject to change and may be updated by the relevant Merchant(s) from time to time without prior notice.  Please enquire with the relevant Merchant for details。
11. No registration is required for this Promotion.
12. In case of any fraud, abuse, reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which this Offer was awarded, the Bank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account the equivalent amount of this Offer without prior notice.
13. Service plans and offers of the Designated Services are subjected to terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant.  For customers of 1O1O / csl / Club Sim mobile services, the General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/^).  NETVIGATOR broadband services are provided by HKT Opco, and only cover designated areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions; for details, please see NETVIGATOR’s website at www.netvigator.com^.  HKT Home Phone services are provided by HKT Opco, and only cover designated areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions; for details, please see HKT Home Phone’s website at https://hkt-homephone.com^.  Now TV services are provided by Now TV Limited, and only cover designated areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions; for details, please see Now TV’s website at https://nowtv.hk^.
14. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder's Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
15. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
16. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank's record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank's record shall prevail.
17. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services, which are not provided by the Bank and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the participating suppliers. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
18. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
19. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and the Merchant’s decision are final.
20. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
21. Promotion information will remain accessible up to one week after the end of the Promotion.

Offer 1: Enjoy up to HK$920 Instant Discount on standalone Designated Devices 

During the Promotion Period, Cardholder who conducts a single net spending with the Applicable Credit Card at Designated Sale Channels of 1O1O or csl on Standalone Designated Device* and the net spending amount reaches the amount specified in the below table is entitled to the corresponding instant discount ("Instant Discount"):

Offer 2: To subscribe or renew designated Service Plan by using autopay to enjoy HK$150 Rebate on the second month Offer

During the Promotion Period, Cardholder who subscribe / renew designated 1O1O / csl / Club Sim / Now TV / NETVIGATOR / HKT Home Phone service plan ("Designated Service Plan") with not less than 24-month commitment period and set up autopay service with Applicable Credit Cards at a Designated Sales Channel to enjoy a one-off HK$150 service fee rebate on the second month of the service bill ("Rebate") 
• HK$150 service fee rebate of the service plan will be provided by 1O1O / csl / Club Sim / Now TV/ NETVIGATOR / HKT Home Phone on the second bill month of the service plan. The Rebate will be forfeited forthwith if the service plan is terminated before the Rebate amount is credited.
• If a Cardholder fails to settle all relevant autopay payments with the Applicable Credit Cards or terminates the contract for the Designated Service Plan / the autopay setup for the Designated Service Plan during the relevant commitment period, the service fee rebate under this Offer 2 will be forfeited.
• If a Cardholder fails to settle all relevant autopay payments with the Applicable Credit Cards or terminates the contract for the Designated Service Plan / the autopay setup for the Designated Service Plan during the relevant commitment period in Offer 2 or Offer 2, the rebate under Offer 2 will be forfeited.
• Offer 2 is not applicable to payment via e-wallet (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK and WeChat Pay) and not applicable to DBS Black American Express® Card
