“CSL x Fubon Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer” Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions

1. |
“CSL x Fubon Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to cardholders (“Cardholders”, each a “Cardholder”) of Fubon Credit Cards and Mobile Payments (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Google Pay) issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon”) (each an “Eligible Fubon Credit Card”). Eligibility for this Offer is conditional upon payment being made directly with an eligible Fubon Credit Card. Payments processed via any third-party payment service, such as PayMe, WeChat Pay, or Alipay, are expressly excluded from the Promotion. To enjoy Offer 2, Cardholder must present a physical Eligible Fubon Credit Card. |

The promotion period runs from 15 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

3. |
CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) may reject an Eligible Fubon Credit Card if its payment system does not cater for the Eligible Fubon Credit Card type. Please contact CSL staff for details. 1O1O, csl and Club Sim services are provided by CSL. |

4. |
Cardholders who make an eligible transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) on any designated products/services and/or successfully subscribe designated service plan with CSL using an Eligible Fubon Credit Card during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to the following offers (each an “Offer”):

5. |
The Offers are only eligible to designated sales channels (including retail shops, hotline and/or direct sales) by the Merchant, excluding online sales channel (such as csl eShop or other e-commerce platforms) ("Designated Sales Channel"). |
|
6. |
A “Single Net Transaction” refers to a posted purchase or subscription made with an Eligible Fubon Credit Card in a single transaction during the Promotion Period (based on the transaction date) via a Designated Sales Channel, for which the original Eligible Fubon Credit Card sales slip and the original Merchant’s sales receipt can be produced. |

7. |
The Offers apply to the final amount of the single net transaction after deduction of all eligible discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, or prepaid service or products that are unposted, cancelled, refunded, falsified, or unauthorised are excluded. |

8. |
Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. |
|
9. |
For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions
(a) instalment payment made with an Eligible Fubon Credit Card under CSL’s iPhone for Life plan;
(b) payment by split transactions. |

10. |
There are 2,800 quotas for Offer 1 and 1,000 quotas for Offer 2 in total, available for all eligible Cardholders under this Promotion. Quotas are limited and offered on a first-come-first-served basis. |
|
11. |
No registration is required for these Offers. |
|
12. |
In case of any fraud, abuse, reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which this Offer was awarded, Fubon reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Fubon Credit Card account the equivalent amount of this Offer without prior notice. |
|
13. |
The goods and services of CSL are subject to the terms and conditions of CSL. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/). |

14. |
The Offer(s) is/are only available to Cardholders whose Eligible Fubon Credit Card accounts are valid, and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued, otherwise Fubon reserves the right to forfeit Cardholders’ right under this Offer without prior notice. |
|
15. |
Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original Eligible Fubon Credit Card sales slip, the original Merchant’s sales receipt and/or other documents in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Fubon. Relevant sales slips and supporting documents submitted to Fubon will not be returned. |
|
16. |
Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which Fubon will debit the value of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts. |
|
17. |
Fubon is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Offer and offer details and relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. Fubon makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider. |

18. |
CSL is not the provider of Fubon payment gateway. CSL makes no representation or guarantee to any Fubon payment and shall not in any way be liable for any matters in relation thereto. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances. |
|
19. |
For all records of services and applications in this Promotion, CSL and Fubon’s record shall prevail. |
|
20. |
In the event of cancellation, modification, or refund of products by Cardholders, the related promotional offer will not be refunded or reimbursed. CSL and Fubon reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and terminate these Offers at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of CSL and Fubon. |
|
21. |
No person other than the Cardholder, the relevant merchants or Fubon will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. |
|
22. |
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. |
|
23. |
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
“CSL x Fubon Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer – Offer 1 and Offer 2” Additional Terms and Conditions

Offer 1: Purchase products /services to enjoy HK$100 Instant Discount
During the Promotion Period, a Cardholder who makes a single net spending of HK$1,000 or above with an Eligible Fubon Credit Card at Designated Sale Channels of 1O1O or csl can enjoy an instant discount of HK$100 on product/service (“Instant Discount”).
Offer 2: Enjoy HK$150 monthly fee rebate on subscription or renewal of a designated Service Plan with autopay
During the Promotion Period, Cardholder who subscribes / renews a designated 1O1O / csl / Club Sim service plan (“Designated Service Plan”) with not less than 24-month commitment period and set up autopay service with an Eligible Fubon Credit Card at a Designated Sales Channel can enjoy a total of HK$150 monthly fee rebate (“Rebate”) offer.
o A total of HK$150 monthly fee rebate of the service plan will be provided by 1O1O / csl / Club Sim in three instalments, with HK$50 credited to the service bill in each of the 4th, 5th & 6th months. The Rebate will be forfeited forthwith if the service plan is terminated before the Rebate amount is credited.
o If a Cardholder fails to settle all relevant autopay payments with the Eligible Fubon Credit Card or terminates the contract for the Designated Service Plan / the autopay setup for the Designated Service Plan during the relevant commitment period, the monthly fee rebate under Offer 2 will be forfeited. |

You may choose not to provide the optional information but your user experience may be affected if we do not have the relevant information to offer you with enhanced and personalised services.
The personal data and other information (including card number) that you provided and other information collected, generated and/or compiled by us about you from time to time subsequently (collectively, "Data") will be collected, used and retained by CSL Mobile Limited and the relevant service provider(s) of the service(s)/offer(s) you are subscribing to or will be enjoying under this offer, and other relevant services (collectively, “Services”), being one or more of the members of the Group (being, HKT Limited, PCCW Limited and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated companies) (HKT Limited is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability).
The details of the collection, compilation, retention, use, disclosure and processing of the Data and any further information about the Services are set out in the eligible terms and conditions of the Services, this Personal Information Collection Statement, the Privacy Statement of the HKT Group (www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html).
The Data may be disclosed to, used or retained by other members of the Group, their respective agents (including debt collection agent) and business partners (including Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited) for purposes related to the provision of the Services and other purposes to which you have consented at any time. We may also be ordered by regulatory bodies, government authorities and courts of law in different jurisdictions to disclose the Data in order to comply with legal obligations and duties imposed on us.
