iTravel Plus travel insurance protection

"iTravel Plus Single Trip" travel insurance protection terms & conditions:
* The promotion is only applicable to eligible 1O1O/csl individual customers who (a) subscribe to the designated Data Roaming related Value-Added-Service of 24 or 36 months (as the case may be) as designated by 1O1O/ csl, (b) are aged 18 or above and (c) are holders of valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Identity Card (“Eligible Customers’)].
Notes:
1.	"iTravel Plus Single Trip" travel insurance protection (“Travel Insurance”) is subject to the relevant terms and conditions, and the free iTravel Plus Travel Insurance (“Package”) is subject to the Package terms and conditions. Please refer to the Policy Provision, Exclusion and Important Notes or call HKT Care Customer Service Hotline at 8209 0098 for details.
2.	"Effective Period" means the period of 24 or 36 months (as applicable) from the date of HKT Care sending confirmation SMS to the Customer. The giveaway day(s) refers to the number of free days (e.g. 7 days or 10 days ) under the promotion of 1O1O/ csl’s designated Data Roaming related Value-Add-Service (“Giveaway Days”). Customers must use the Package within the Effective Period. The Travel Insurance under the Package is underwritten and provided by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (MSIG).
3.	Upon registration of the Package, customers will receive a SMS and an email confirmation from HKT Care. Please follow the instructions to activate the Package and register as the primary insured person. Before travelling, customers are required to register each of their trips and provide the personal details of each traveler in order to enjoy the Package.
4.	The Amateur Dangerous Sports And Activities Extension under Personal Accident Section and Medical Expenses Section will not be available to those Insured Persons who are over 70 years of age and other exclusions apply.
5.	24-hour Worldwide Travel Assistance Services are available outside the Country of Residence. Country of Residence will be regarded as Hong Kong.
	In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

CSL has no involvement in the provision, distribution or arrangement of the Travel Insurance.
