| 1. | The FREE local data for csl customers promotion period runs until further notice. |
| 2. | In order to qualify for FREE local data for designated mobile games, customers must be personal customers of csl 4G/5G service plans users. The offer does not cover data used when downloading or updating the game. The offer covers local mobile data used after logging into the game. |
| 3. | All domains or Internet protocol addresses for FREE data games are provided by the game provider. If the game provider is unable to provide FREE data because of modifying its game domain or Internet protocol address, then CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) will not bear any losses incurred by customers. |
| 4. | Each cslcustomer can register one time only. |
| 5. | The csl 4G/5G service plan used by the customer must have not less than 1MB of local mobile data entitlement remaining to qualify for the designated mobile game free data promotion. |
| 6. | csl reserves the right to terminate or change this service plan, offers and these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, csl reserves the right of final determination. |
| Free trial of free local data to play "League of Legends: Wild Rift" with 10GB 5G local data stored-value card terms and conditions | |
| 1. | The program runs until further notice. |
| 2. | Eligible customers who register via the csl.5G Lens during the program will be entitled to the following free services for 30 days by showing a designated QR code at any csl shop :(a) Additional 10GB of local 5G data;(b) Unlimited local voice minutes.(c) FREE local data to play “League of Legends: Wild Rift” |
| 3. | Definition of eligible customers: (a) Designated users of 5G-compatible mobile phones supplied by authorized dealers in Hong Kong, and (b) non csl existing service plan customers. |
| 4. | When registering, you must provide your QR code reference number and mobile phone number associated with the designated csl monthly individual service plan or Multi-User Service Plan primary SIM card. Each eligible customer can take part in the free trial one time only. A QR code reference number can be registered one time only. |
| 5. | Eligible customers must activate the Free SIM within 30 days, count from the date of receiving the designated coupon, otherwise cannot enjoy this free experience. |
| 6. | Eligible customer, who would like to keep the 5G free trial service plan’s mobile number, must subscribe to designated csl mobile service plan within 30 days after the free trial service was terminated. While 30 days 10GB 5G experience local data entitlement used up, local mobile data will be ended, local data cannot be top up in any way. |
| 7. | Customers will not be able to use tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions, such as BitTorrent and others. |
| 8. | Customers must use a 5G-compatible mobile phone in locations covered by 5G service. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. Actual performance of a 5G-compatible mobile phone using our 5G network will be affected by location, spectrum allocation, network resources at any one time, and functions offered by the mobile phone concerned. 3G and/or 4G mobile service will be provided outside our 5G coverage. |
| 9. | If 5G mobile phone information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, csl reserves the right to terminate the service and charge at prevailing rates at any time. |
| 10. | The additional 10GB of local 5G data can be used for 30 days after activation and will be terminated automatically without notice. |
| 11. | This 5G free SIM for personal and private trial propose only. Unless otherwise specified, this 5G free SIM is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash or other products. Otherwise, we will terminate this 5G free SIM immediately without prior notice. |
| 12. | 5G free SIM is available while stocks last. |
| 13. | The 5G free SIM offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions. |
| 14. | CSL Mobile Limited reserves the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions without notice. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited shall be final and binding. The mobile communications service referred to in these Terms & Conditions is provided by CSL Mobile Limited. |
