Terms & Conditions

This promotion campaign is organized by CSL Mobile Limited 香港移動通訊有限公司 (“CSL”) for the period December 21, 2020 to January 3, 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
Participants must register as csl. 5G Lens users in association with a Hong Kong mobile number (“Participants”) and participate this campaign in Hong Kong.
Participants must ensure information submitted is accurate. No replacement or compensation will be forthcoming from CSL in the event errors or omissions in information submitted cause a participant not to win a prize.
Participants can take part in the lucky draw one time per day (00:00-23:59 count as a day) only using their registered Hong Kong mobile number.
Results of each draw will be announced instantly by the csl. 5G Lens app. Results will be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on January 12, 2021.
When claiming a prize, a participant must present the SIM card associated with the winning mobile phone number as verification. If a winner fails to present his/her SIM card when claiming the prize, qualification for the prize will be annulled.
Those who win a PlayStation®5 console will receive an e-voucher via the csl. 5G Lens app instantly. Winners must redeem the prize on the designated date and at the designated location shown on the e-voucher. If a winner fails to claim the prize by the prescribed date, qualification for the prize will be automatically annulled and the participant concerned shall have no grounds for raising objections.

  This gift voucher can be redeemed only for the PlayStation®5 console.
- II.
  This gift voucher can be redeemed only at the Mongkok Sai Yeung Choi Street csl shop.
- III.
  This gift voucher cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash or other products.
- IV.
  When redeeming this gift voucher, customer must present valid proof of identity for validation.
- V.
  This gift voucher will not be reissued in the event of loss or expiry.
- VI.
  Incomplete, damaged or printed gift vouchers will not be accepted.
- VII.
  In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English shall prevail.

  In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final and binding determination.
Those who win the Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit (MARIO SET) will receive a voucher via the csl. 5G Lens app. If the winner fails to collect his/her prize within the prescribed date and location shown on the voucher, qualification for the prize will be automatically annulled and the participant concerned shall have no grounds for raising objections.

If a winner fails to claim his/her prize by the prescribed date, qualification for the prize will be automatically annulled and the participant concerned shall have no grounds for raising objections.
Those who win a GLYCEL Moisture Beauty Set will receive an e-voucher via the csl. 5G Lens app. Winners must redeem the prize on the designated date and at the designated location shown on the e-voucher. If a winner fails to claim his/her prize by the prescribed date, qualification for the prize will be automatically annulled and the participant concerned shall have no grounds for raising objections.
Those who win a Now E UEFA Champions League & Europa League Day Pass will receive a promo code via the csl. 5G Lens app. Winners must register or login to a Now E account, then qualify for the prize by redeeming the promo code via the Now E app or at the website.
- I.
  Winners MUST activate the Pass on or before March 31, 2021, failing which it will expire. The validity period of the Pass is 24 hours from the date the promo code is activated.

Those who win a Now E UEFA Champions League & Europa League Day Pass $10 discount coupon will receive a promo code via the csl. 5G Lens app.
- I.
  The $10 Discount Coupon for subscribing to Now E UEFA Champions League & Europa League Day Pass (“Coupon”), is valid from 21 December, 2020 to 31 March, 2021 (both dates inclusive).
- II.
  The Coupon is only applicable to subscription to a Now E UEFA Champions League & Europa League Day Pass made via www.nowe.com.
- III.
  The Coupon can only be used once.
- IV.
  The Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- V.
  The Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or resold and will not be replaced if damaged.
- VI.
  By using the Coupon to subscribe to designated Now E service, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the “Now E Terms and Conditions”, the “Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use” and “Now E Things to Know”.
- VII.
  The Coupons are provided by PCCW Media Limited. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the Coupons, PCCW Media Limited’s decision shall be final.
- VIII.
  If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Those who win a monthly Club Sim 4G 2GB plan will receive a promo code via the csl. 5G Lens app. In order to claim their prize, winners must redeem this promo code at the Mongkok Sai Yeung Choi Street csl shop.
- I.
  Monthly plan includes local data entitlement, unlimited local voice calling and value-added services such as call forwarding, call hold, conference calling, caller ID, call waiting and SMS service.
- II.
  The local mobile voice and data entitlement provided by your monthly pack can be used only in Hong Kong. Local data speed is capped at 42Mbps. When mobile data used in a particular month exhausts the monthly pack’s data entitlement, you can continue to use the service, but your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. Actual speed experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications suggest and may be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
- III.
  The monthly pack’s validation period is one month from the date of activation. Any unused voice and data entitlement will be forfeited when the validity period ends.
- IV.
  The monthly pack includes a monthly entitlement of HK$3 for local SMS service. SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl, Club Sim and SUN Mobile customers is regarded as intra-network SMS, while SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks is regarded as inter-network SMS. Each intra-network SMS is charged for at HK$0.3. Each inter-network SMS is charged for at HK$0.6. Each SMS is limited to 160 English or 70 non-English characters including spaces and punctuation. If an SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the SMS concerned will be limited to 70 characters. If your SMS exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in multiple SMS and each will be charged for. If the monthly entitlement of HK$3 is exhausted, your ability to send local SMS will be suspended until the next monthly pack starts. Unused entitlement cannot be carried forward to the next billing month and will be forfeited when the monthly pack concerned expires.
- V.
  You shall be bound by such additional Terms & Conditions promulgated by us in relation to the monthly pack. We may amend any of these “monthly pack Terms & Conditions” and “Club Sim General Terms & Conditions” at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim or affiliate’s website or mobile app. By continuing to use the monthly pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated “monthly pack Terms & Conditions” and/or the “Club Sim General Terms & Conditions” and be bound by them. In the event of dispute concerning the monthly pack, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final and binding determination.
Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
If a participant is suspected of cheating or using improper methods to win prizes, CSL reserves the right to disqualify the participant concerned without notice.
Employees of CSL and its advertising agency are not allowed to participate in this campaign.
Participants must not provide false information (including but not limited to submitting fraudulent, invalid or false information). If a participant violates any Terms & Conditions or obtains a prize by any illegal or improper means, CSL reserves the right to cancel the winner's eligibility for the prize concerned.
By participating in this campaign, you agree and accept this campaign’s Terms & Conditions. If a participant violates the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions, CSL reserves the absolute right to annul qualification.

In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL shall be final and binding, and participants shall have no grounds for raising objections.
In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail.
