^ Wi-Fi 1,000Mbps is applicable to selected csl Wi-Fi hotspots complying with 802.11ac network specification, which does not correspond to the actual speed experienced by a customer at that hotspot. Actual speed experienced by a customer is significantly less than the network specification and will be affected by the user's device, individual network and software settings, network coverage, and extraneous factors.

* Wi-Fi 1,000Mbps service at Langham Place is available at L4 hotspots at this moment, other hotspots at Langham Place will be upgraded gradually.  Customers are required to use designated SSID for Langham Place free Wi-Fi and maximum 100 free minutes for each person per day.
