If there is any problem or damage on your handset, you can make an appointment for our free-of-charge Handset collect-and-repair service. We will arrange courier services to your company to seal your handset and sent to the repair center directly. In the interim, you can use our temporary handset rental service to stay in touch with business. Your handset will be settled by the disinfection procedures before sending to your office.
 
Emergency Handset Loan in China Service Emergency Handset Loan in China Service^
If you lose your handset in mainland China, csl will arrange free-of-charge SIM card delivery within 24 hours and loan you a temporary handset within 2 days. You can return the temporary handset to any csl shop when you back to Hong Kong. Our delivery minimizes inconvenience regardless of whether you are in nearby areas such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Foshan or further flung locations such as Shanghai or Beijing.
 
International Emergency Delivery Service International Emergency Delivery Service
If you lose or damage your SIM card when overseas, please call us to arrange for free-of-charge SIM card replacement service, so you can stay connected at all times. We can deliver a SIM card to you within 2 to 3 working days if you are in Europe, US / Canada, Asia, Japan, South Korea.

Terms and Conditions:

Handset collect-and-repair service terms & condition:
  1. This is applicant only to selected SME customers.
  2. Each SME customers entitle this services maximum 5 times per year, thereafter services will be charged.
  3. This services only cover handset purchased from csl shop.
  4. Customer is responsible for data backup before inspection or repair. CSL Mobile Limited is not responsible for data loss for any reason or damage to the mobile equipment before or after diagnostics and repair.
  5. CSL mobile Limited is authorized to upgrade any software version of the Mobile Equipment while under repair.
  6. Services charge will be incurred if the handset agreed to be sent back to Original Equipment Manufacturer for further repair or any parts replacements needed. Associated cost must be settled by cash or credit card when the handset returns. 
  7. All Loan Mobile Equipment must be return to us within five (5) days after your Mobile Equipment is repaired or HK$150 per week loan fee will be added to the cost of the Repair Service Charge. In the event the Loan Mobile Equipment is not returned to us after one month from the completion of repair, we may charge you the Loan equipment at the current market price. 
  8. If you have lost or damaged the Loan Mobile Equipment, we may charge you the price of the lost Mobile Equipment at the current market price or charge you the repair cost to fix the damaged Loan Mobile Equipment.
  9. We reserve the right to terminate or change these Services or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.

Emergency Handset Loan in China Service terms & condition:
  1. This is applicant only to selected SME customers 
  2. Thereafter services will be charged if the delivery destination is out of the above locations and non standard SIM cards required.  
  3. Making calls from China to our 24-hour Business Services Hotline may incur roaming cost.
  4. All Loan Mobile Equipment must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days or HK$150 per week loan fee will be added to the cost of Handset Loan Charge. 
  5. In the event the Loan Mobile Equipment is not returned to us after one month, we may charge you the Loan equipment at the current market price. If you have lost or damaged the Loan Mobile Equipment, we may charge you the price of the lost Mobile Equipment at the current market price.
  6. CSL Mobile Limited uses its best practice but exact delivery time depends on actual environment. CSL Mobile Limited expressly disclaims all or any liability for any loss suffered by the customer or any other person arising, directly or indirectly, from this service. 
  7. We reserve the right to terminate or change these Services or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
International Emergency Delivery Service Terms & Condition:
  1. This is applicant only to selected SME customers 
  2. Thereafter services will be charged if the delivery destination is out of the above locations and non standard SIM cards required.  
  3. Making calls from overseas to our 24-hour Business Services Hotline may incur roaming cost.
  4. CSL Mobile Limited uses its best practice but exact delivery time will change via on actual environment. CSL Mobile Limited expressly disclaims all or any liability for any loss suffered by the customer or any other person arising, directly or indirectly, from this service. 
  5. We reserve the right to terminate or change these Services or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
