csl VoLTE Service, which brings voice call and video call to a brand new generation! VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) means connection of voice and video call through 4G LTE network. As a valuable csl customer, you can now enjoy a FREE upgrade to experience voice call with speedy connection and video call with high quality!

Benefit of using VoLTE
1)	Facilitates faster voice-call connections. What used to take around 7 seconds on a 3G network is now as fast as 1 second, if both parties are using VoLTE. Even so it just takes around 4 seconds if using 3G network.
2)	Click the “Video Call” icon/button during a VoLTE call to switch between voice and video calls – instantly, simply and quickly(applicable only to some Android models).
Must have items for using VoLTE:
●	VoLTE-compatible handset
●	Upgrade handset software to the latest version(applicable to Android phones. Please update the software to the latest version according to the manufacturer’s guidelines for settings).
●	Activate the handset’s VoLTE function:

Remarks

VoLTE service is only available under 4G LTE network coverage for intra-network calls with designated handsets.

King King Voice Roaming Service

You can make/receive unlimited calls to/from Hong Kong through this KingKing app while you are abroad.
• For caller/receiver located in overseas, mobile device and KingKing application are required.
•Your friend/relative located in Hong Kong can use any fixed or mobile phone to call you without KingKing application installed.

You are recommended to download KingKing application before leaving Hong Kong, please go to Google Play or App Store and use "KingKing" as the search phrase.You will need to complete a one-off registration to use KingKing. Please connect to Wi-Fi Network before switching on KingKing.

How to register / login and use KingKing

Select KingKing application icon on your handset menu; and

Enter and submit your csl mobile number and csl “My Account” password when using KingKing (pic-1).
Enter the four-digit one-time password (pic-2) sent to your mobile number by SMS.
Accept the Terms & Conditions of KingKing (pic-3).
Switch on KingKing so the icon on top left turns green, showing that all incoming and outgoing calls are connected via KingKing (pic-4).

Remarks:
KingKing cannot be used for emergency calls while you are abroad, so please make emergency call via your regular voice roaming service. However, you can use KingKing to make emergency calls in Hong Kong.

Terms and Conditions:

KingKing voice roaming service (“KK SERVICE”) is available only to CSL Mobile Limited subscribers and provided according to the terms & conditions governing your mobile service contract and special conditions for KK SERVICE.
KK SERVICE is compatible only with certain handsets. CSL Mobile Limited cannot guarantee KK Service performance in respect of incompatible handset models, nor call quality at every single Wi-Fi hotspot or any other place where Wi-Fi/mobile data service is available.
$8/1-Day, $88/365-Day for making outgoing calls or receiving incoming calls from anywhere in the world via KingKing, the Day pass is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 during the day (Hong Kong time). IDD charges will apply if making calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers. And local voice call minutes will be deducted/charged for the duration of such a call. With effect from 12th April 2023, Hong Kong local voice call minutes will be deducted/charged for the duration of calls to Hong Kong phone numbers. Charges for Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile data (if any) are additional. Local voice call minutes will be charged for using KingKing application to make/receive calls in Hong Kong.
Customers using KK SERVICE should download the latest KK SERVICE app to a mobile phone running iOS 13.0 or newer, or Android 9.0 or newer.
KK SERVICE can be used to make emergency calls or send emergency SMS messages (only if registered for emergency SMS service) in Hong Kong, but cannot be used to make emergency calls or send emergency SMS to a local emergency centre when outside Hong Kong.
When you use KK SERVICE, we will use your csl mobile number to verify your eligibility for KK SERVICE, and for purposes of KK SERVICE billing via your account at CSL Mobile Limited.
Downloading the KK SERVICE app from the App Store or Google Play will incur a local mobile data charge, or roaming data charges if overseas.
The KK SERVICE SMS feature cannot be used for receiving SMS.
If you are using a device with more than one SIM slot, please note KK SERVICE is compatible only with using a SIM card in the primary SIM slot and is not compatible with eSIM.

Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks.
600Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. Compares to other commercially launched mobile networks available to customer in Hong Kong as of 1 Oct 2017.
All entitlement of this card will start deducting since card activation. Validity of “First 8-day Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau data pass” is 8 days and service will be terminated on the 8th day at 23:59 since card activation. Validity of “365-dayMainland China, Hong Kong and Macau data pass (2GB)” is 365 days and service will be activated on 9th day at 00:00 while it will be terminated on 373th day at 23:59 since card activation.
After you have reached 2GB of mobile data usage (the fair usage level for “First 8-day Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau data pass”), you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 128kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached 2GB and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
Data pass / Add-on Service
1. 1-day / 365-day data pass will be valid for 1-day / 365-day and based on a continuous 24-hours per day. The cut-off time of daily usage is 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) of the subscription day regardless of the activation time of local/roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time. The roaming data service coverage are subject to change from time to time without prior notice, for details, please click here . Ability of mobile data service depends on your roaming destination or the local network coverage.
2. If you subscribe to multiple “Hong Kong Data Pass” simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
3. You may subscribe to multiple 1-day “Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau data pass” simultaneously and the validity of all passes will be extended to 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) of the "n" day. "n" means the number of Day data pass subscribed simultaneously. You may use the Mobile Data usage included in all the passes at any time during the extended validity period.
4. If you subscribe to multiple 365-Day “Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau data pass” simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
5. If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/365-Day “Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau data pass” simultaneously, all the 1-Day Data Passes will be used first. After the Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day Data Passes has been used up, your Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 365-Day Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (d) of this clause.
6. If you subscribe to multiple “Hong Kong Data Pass”, 1-Day/365-Day “Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau data pass” simultaneously, all the “Hong Kong Data Pass” will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the Local Mobile Data included in all the “Hong Kong data pass” has been used up, your Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day and 365-Day “Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau data pass”, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (e) of this clause.
7. If you purchase any data pass before the 8th day at 23:59 since card activation, the data pass will be used first. And will be in accordance with sub-clause (a) – (f) of this clause.
8. “Mainland China & Macau Voice Package” only applicable for receiving calls at local roaming and outgoing calls to HK/local roaming. Usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.

Customers are required to download the KingKing application to utilize this service. KingKing is compatible only with certain handsets please refer to Hyperlink $8/1-Day, $88/365-Day for making outgoing calls to any Hong Kong phone number or receiving incoming calls from anywhere in the world via KingKing, cut off time of the day plan package is 23:59 HK time on expire day. IDD charges apply if making calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers, and local voice call minutes will be charged for the duration of such a call during all calls. Charges for Wi-Fi connectivity and IDD charges (if any) are additional. Local voice call minutes will be charged for using KingKing application to make/receive calls in Hong Kong. csl cannot guarantee "KingKing" service performance on handset models not listed, nor call quality at every single Wi-Fi hotspot or any other place where Wi-Fi is available. Download the application from Google Play and App Store will incur local mobile data charge, while roaming data charge will incur in overseas.
Administration Fee will be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card. This fee will be waived for the first 30 days after activation, then will be deducted on the subsequent day and thereafter every 30 days.
Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$50 or above, the validity will be extended for 730 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$1,000.
