Terms and Conditions:
CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) is the first 5G network operator to launch complimentary Google One 100GB cloud storage with 5G plan subscription.
1.	This Offer is valid from 16 November 2022 to 15 November 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2.	To enjoy the Offer, customers are required to (i) subscribe for a designated 5G Service Plan during the Promotion Period and (ii) commit to a 24-month or 36-month service term (the “Designated Plan(s)”). Customer can enjoy the Offer per month until 15 November 2024. CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. CSL cannot guarantee the continued availability on the Offer for the entire duration of your Designated Plan subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability on the Offer. If the Offer is discontinued or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the end of partnership on Google One between CSL and Google, CSL will cease providing the Offer to eligible customers for the duration of the contract without any refund, compensation or prior notice.
3.	Customer who registers for the Offer, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and also agree to all the terms and conditions of the Designated Plan(s).
4.	To enjoy the Offer, customer need a Google account and to allow CSL to manage their Google One subscription. By register for the Offer, you will be redirected to a third party webpage. By using the Google One website, you agree and acknowledge that Google One may be collecting certain personal data (such as your email address). For details, please refer to relevant Google One Terms of Service. The said third party web page is not operated by CSL and CSL is not liable for the content of the said third party web page. By subscribing/upgrading to a Google One plan via CSL, we do need a permission from you to that Google One subscription management ("Access Right"). Please note that we will only activate, change or cancel your subscription on Google One per your request when you give this permission.
5.	Customer must log into his/her Google account to manage account’s subscription.
6.	Customer must download and successfully install the Google One App from Google Play or Apple App Store to use the Services; or visit Google One online platform.
7.	By subscribing/upgrading to a Google One plan, you agree to the Google One Terms of Service. Note: The Google Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in this service.
8.	Some Google One features are not available in all countries or regions.
9.	Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

Complimentary Google One 100GB Cloud Storage Upgrade Service (the “Upgrade Service”)
Terms and Conditions:
1.	This Service is valid from 16 November 2022 to 15 November 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2.	Customer who registers for the Service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and also agree to all the terms and conditions of the Complimentary Google One 100GB Cloud Storage offer.
3.	Customer can upgrade Google One 100GB Plan to Google One 200GB Plan (HK$23 / month) or Google One 2TB Plan (HK$79 / month) during the promotion period, customer is required to pay an additional charge of HK$8 or HK$64 per month respectively, charges will be added to 1O1O/csl mobile bill. Customer can upgrade the Service per month by paying additional charge until 15 November 2024. CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) reserves the right to vary or cancel this Service and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. CSL cannot guarantee the continued availability on the Service for the entire duration of your Designated Plan subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability on the Service. 2.	This Services is only applicable to the existing 1O1O / csl customers who have subscribed to designated mobile service and data plans. The Services includes Google One 100GB Plan (HK$15 / month) or includes Google One 200GB Plan (HK$23 / month) or Google One 2TB Plan(HK$79/month).
3.	Customer can subscribe the Services during the promotion period. Customer can enjoy the Services until 15 November 2024. CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) reserves the right to vary or cancel this Services and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. CSL cannot guarantee the continued availability on the Services; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability on the Services. 10.	CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend and/or cancel these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.

10GB Bonus Local Data Package x Google One Plan (the “Services”)
Terms and Conditions:
1.	This Services is valid from 27 January 2023 to 15 November 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2.	This Services is only applicable to the existing 1O1O / csl customers who have subscribed to designated mobile service and data plans. The Services provide additional 10GB monthly mobile data to your designated mobile plan and Google One 100GB Plan (HK$58 / month) or additional 10GB monthly mobile data to your designated mobile plan and Google One 200GB Plan (HK$68 / month) or additional 10GB monthly mobile data to your designated mobile plan and Google One 2TB Plan (HK$98 / month).
3.	Customer can subscribe the Services during the promotion period. Customer can enjoy the Services until 15 November 2024. CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) reserves the right to vary or cancel this Services and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. CSL cannot guarantee the continued availability on the Services; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability on the Services. If the Services is discontinued or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to the end of partnership on Google One between CSL and Google, CSL will cease providing the Services to eligible customers for the duration of the contract without any refund, compensation or prior notice.
4.	Bonus data will stop upon expiry of commitment period. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that billing month. Actual speeds of data will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
5.	Customer must use a supported 5G handset and use within the covered zone. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
