“Viu Paid Service” means "Viu Premium Lite Service" and / or "Viu Premium＋" (as applicable in the context).

"Viu Premium Lite Service" at the subscription fee of HK$38, a 12-month or more commitment period is required. Subscribers can enjoy the following functions: dramas, access with a smart TV, downloads and Full HD quality.

| ● | Viu Premium＋ subscribers can enjoy the following functions: Movies from Now TV Movie Combo including Now Baogu, dramas, access with a smart TV, downloads, no video ads and Full HD quality. |

“Viu Premium＋ Service Add-on pass” at the subscription fee of HK$68 and this offer only applicable to existing "Viu Premium Lite Service" to upgrade to “Viu Premium＋ Service”. Subscribers must continue paying the existing "Viu Premium Lite Service" monthly fee (if any).

Downloaded videos can be retained by the Viu app for 7 days only.

The Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited ("PCCW") and is provided pursuant to the Viu terms and conditions set out in http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/.

| ● | The Service is provided to customers from CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") who subscribed for certain of CSL's mobile service plans with data (“CSL plan(s)”). To utilize the Service, you are required to subscribe for the Service and download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices. In order to use the Service, you will be required to register for a Viu account, and acknowledge and accept certain terms and conditions and the personal information collection statement of PCCW. |
| ● | The Service is available in Chinese and with Chinese subtitles, and some content also has English subtitles. |
| ● | If you are using local mobile data to access to the Service, the utilized data usage will be deducted from the entitlement of your CSL plan. Your usage of the CSL plan is subject to the terms and conditions of CSL [http://e.hkcsl.com/viu-e ]. You will have to top up charges if your usage exceeds your monthly data entitlements under your CSL plan. |
| ● | You shall not, or permit any other person to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify, exploit the Services or any of its contents by any means or reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software. |
| ● | The Service’s programs and content are only for your personal viewing and access. You shall not, or permit any other person to show, play, use, access or view the Service and its content for any public or commercial purpose in any place. |
| ● | PCCW reserves the right to edit, change, withdraw and/or withhold any programs or content on the Service at any time without notice and for any reason. |
| ● | The use and the provision of the Service are governed by the relevant terms and conditions of the Service by PCCW (http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/) and CSL (http://e.hkcsl.com/viu), respectively, as amended from time to time. You shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by such terms and conditions of Service upon the downloading and opening of the Viu App. |

| ● | CSL is not the provider of the Service and hence CSL does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the Service. |
| ● | PCCW is not the provider of CSL plans and hence PCCW does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the CSL plans or any related mobile services. |
| ● | You acknowledge that should you subscribe for the Service via CSL, CSL shall act as the billing agent to bill you for the use of the Service and shall receive from you the fees for the Service |
| ● | Your subscription for the Service will form part of the Mobile Service Agreement between CSL and yourself. |
| ● | Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and any other language versions (if any) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |

| Limited period offer: | |
| (a) | The first 500 eligible 1O1O / csl customers who subscribe to the “Viu Premium Lite” service with a 24‑month contract and successfully activate on or before 31 January 2026 are entitled to one HK$50 Häagen-Dazs ice cream e-cash voucher. The voucher will be sent within 14 working days to the email address you used for registering the Viu Premium Lite service, and there will be separate notification via the Viu App at that time. The quantity of vouchers is limited and available only while stocks last. The vouchers are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. |
| Terms and Conditions for CSL users to waive the data usage of Viu: | |
| - | Viu Paid Service (“Viu”) and its content, the app, and the website are provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of Viu service and charge are subject to the Viu terms and conditions (http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/). Starting from 1 March 2026, all users of the 1O1O / csl service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming Viu content on the Viu website and app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O / csl data service plan. If customers download and/or use the Viu website and app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on Viu is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. Viu content streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided; it is for reference only). In case of any disputes, 1O1O / csl reserve the right to make the final decision. |
