In order to qualify for a $0 YOTAPHONE 2, customer must subscribe to a designated csl tariff plan of $408, or more, plus designated value-added services to the value of at least $39 per month (depending on the service plan chosen), all for a guaranteed minimum service period of 24 months. Prepayment of $4,999 and payment of an MTR/Tunnel/Mobile Licence/ Administration Fee of $18 per month is required. Prepayment will be rebated to your csl account by installments over the guaranteed service period. The above information may be incomplete. Full information can be obtained from the product manual for the above functions, features, specifications and other product information. csl mobile services and handset are provided by CSL Mobile Limited and are subject to csl mobile service agreement terms and conditions. Customer is required to give notice of at least 30 days when requesting service termination within the guaranteed service period, and will need to pay an Early Termination Charge. In the event of dispute, csl’s decision shall be final and binding. Customer will be charged for the total value of any premium received. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the contract. If any relevant change brings severe negative influence to bear on the customer, or leads to an increase in service charge, the customer has the right to terminate the mobile service contract without paying any Early Termination Charge. HD mobile content: In order to qualify for the MOOV Monthly Package, now player csl, or GOTV service, the customer is required to apply separately, or choose designated value-added services to the value of $39 or more as part of his/her monthly tariff plan. The relevant service provides video of 720p/1080p resolution. Resolutions and definitions of all HD videos vary according to a mobile device’s data connection speed. |
